Big rumours circulating online that better news is now in the horizon with ott involvement. They must have something lined up with Katherine Lewis as she will not want her name tarnished with the 3 charlatans that have walked. Sounds like it wasn’t actually up to them and they were pushed as there are bigger and better plans on the horizon moving forward.

Just wondering what the serious actions now that could be taken ? Are they accountable for fraud? Could they face jail time ? Are the monies recoverable to investors ie could we sue them for personal theft?

It’s about time they were made a huge example of after all the disgraceful illegal behaviour in the markets recently people should be afforded more protection on a main market listing. Surely this cannot be legal any of it?

However reading the rns jq is on record as saying the turnaround has begun and we are about to increase shareholder value and have lots in development? Surely that sort of quoting over an rns would be highly fraudulent and illegal if investigated? Has anyone here actually contacted the fca or criminal fraud beauros about what's going on? I have it on good autherity the fca are active ongoing with what's happening as things have now got to hot. There are also rumours circulating of one or two board members stepping down as there very concerned legally where they now stand.

Saw this at Xmas and like the vrfb tech and think it will be the next big thing like hydrogen. I couldn’t buy this in Halifax brokerage? Don’t know why? Would of only been a small punt as I still don’t understand the buisness model? It’s essentially people putting money into a fund for them to acquire projects or contracts for vanadium battery storage. Surely infinity energy systems (ies) or similar who actually own the tech and have contracts and an existing growing business would be the safer investment?

Posters on this thread can see the concerns I raised on Tuesday , there was rumours and statements on the advfn board about possible suspension and claims rns incoming. This is the most blatant market abuse and illegal fraudulent company trading Ive ever seen. Luckily I’ve documented it all and have and fca complaint open. Time these clowns are made to pay for there crimes hopefully staring at the inside of a prison cell.

There's no way they can put any blame on the pandemic, this is an industry and sector that can carry on regardless with relatively low risk. In fact should buisness should be booming with everyone at home and all the online content and social media. Not to mention all there other ideas and plans they have identified. Next rns could be truly transformational.

Then why is this shares price at an all time low Andy unable to move anywhere even after alledged amazing transformational rns’s from the board and revenue increases?

Just reading some very very alarming posts on advfn regarding an fca investigation and possible suspension. Would make sense given the allegations of fake and misleading rns’s which even a 5 year old can see now. Hopefully there punishment is severe as this shouldn’t be acceptable let alone being listed on a main market. The fraud and abuse needs rooting out and everyone on here invested or effected should be making and official complaint to the fca right now.
