Nda’s Have ended with the end of the fsp? Positive to hear the jorc update as that’s clearly the next but of news which appears imminent, however do wish we could hear or understand a little more of what has gone previously and is now defunct, eg the ‘improved offer’ we left the fsp for. UNless of course a counter offer is being tabled by the same people?

Untold secrecy does make me more inquisitive however and whilst I don’t doubt things as such I do have a little pessimism creeping in as to how this can be ongoing for so long. Offers being tabled resulting in fsp to tie things up, altering to fsp withdrawal due to best offer being tied up, to best offer being tied up then being reconsidered due to other offers..... who the f knows what’s going on eh?

Still confused as to the situ regarding the sale, presume it’s been agreed all figures are in the public eye prior to any announcement regarding this.

I’ve almost lost all my fear with this one (dangerous perhaps), but with 30bn cash now and no debt. Masses of opportunity for rns’ incoming consistently, and a wildly fluctuating share price which is as random as it gets, I can’t see any reason to try and continue increasing my core holding whilst using a portion to potentially trade the crazy highs and lows. I believe in this one tbh.

I did the same. After the previous high I set myself targets of quantities to sell at 25, 30 and 35p. Then ignored my plan and held lol.

Just got 3500 more. One bloody day this will be done and I won’t have to raid different things for the millionth top up...

As long as you don’t need the money right now then this relatively small dilution at current market price is only going to strengthen things here.
Some more info re the sale would be nice sure but this rns doesn’t really worry or bother me at all tbh.

Yes gecko and I think the constraints of the nda’s etc have annoyed them over the last 12 months. Imagining certain members of the bod being desperate to tell us more in the rns’ but perhaps Christian reigning them in lol. Think the pressure is definitely building now for sure.

Tbh I for one was really glad that they stated (between the lines) that they weren’t chuffed with the state of the sp at that time. Maybe they were getting grief from the American investors, who knows but at least it showed some passion and fight. I think they know they need to get this ended soon now to finish the crap from the mms etc.
