Thanks mate, the jorc update would help. About time we saw the sp rerate here. The wife and I have planned (well she did) made and had babies quicker than this lot can sell a few bits of land. Ha.

This coming week is better than this one has been.
Wage cut at work due to an extra salesperson arriving. Mother in law having a heart attack. My mum being diagnosed with stage 2 copd, and the brother in law (51 having had both jabs) being hospitalised with Covid.
Oh and villa losing to spurs.
Can’t get a lot worse I guess ffs.
