Thanks very much Ian. Fingers crossed, I feel ok this morning again, only symptoms so far have been a sore throat really which also seems to have faded so far today and a slightly runny nose.
Am hoping I might be one of the luckier ones as have had colds far worse than this but an also under no illusions that it can suddenly alter.
