The Group's current (as at 30 May 2022) cash position is around £14,200,000 with the reduction since December 2021 being accounted for by £3,900,000 in capital expenditure, £1,300,000 on development expenditure on its assets portfolio, and £3,500,000 in costs.

Not from me brookers, I just think that they could burn through a fair wedge of the 14mil within 12 months so it’s bound to be in their minds where the next cash injection is coming from. Obv hope it’s a sale of sorts asap.

Imo it’s clear wk won’t support activities and salaries moving forward so there’s 2 options. We sell something or they do a raise. I can’t believe that they would raise at these sp levels so think we have to sell something within 6 months or so, hopefully sooner, before the cash starts to dwindle.

They are a working business. They haven’t gone from a full sale to self funding? Obviously wk will keep working whilst the talks regarding sale continue. Do you want them to turn wk off whilst they discuss the sale?! Who would do this?

Well it went from 18 to 6 or so in a couple of days from 18th feb approx. Remember I said ‘primarily’ , hence the main reason. Agreed it’s slipped since apart from the odd surge.
By the way tc are you a holder here? I forget.

Remember we are primarily down from 18p or so to here due to the war.

I think the realists can see a ‘massive’ sale is unlikely. But a sale of sorts is entirely possible. Surely if holding you need to be positive, otherwise why would you hold?
