I remember after suspension the SP dithered about .
I bought some at 13p , then 15p , then 17p .
It went up in stages , a few pennies a day .
Happy for it to dither up a few pence a day until 'the big one '

I must say I thought there would be more ooomph today , but massive volume , so somebody is paying attention .

Oh well , that's about the third time EUA 'nearly' made me a millionaire.
I needed another so called ' buying opportunity' today like I needed a third armpit .

Sold one of my crumbling other stocks and put the leftovers in here .

By the wording of the RNS , it doesn't sound like they've had to take a lowball offer cos it was the only one on the table .
It sounds like they have had a very strong hand , with commodity prices on a bull run , and then this recent Rosgeo JV that made them even more attractive .
To me , it sounds like they've had a offer from a credible source that is SO good , it has made them them discard every other possibility and say - 'Done ! '

It does seem a bit reckless releasing this info , with no numbers or details , and expecting the market to put some value on it tomorrow .
I feel we may get a 7.am RNS before open with some more detail , or possibly suspension .

What i don't see , is the SP rising to 27p then finishing the day at 25p

potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets ?
Sound like more than just a bit of our assets doesn't it .
Whopping dividend for shareholders , and EUA continues on to new ventures and JV's ?
