It's been holding steady since the placing ,which is a good sign , although we all know that drift can set in .

I think this time the news flow regarding Bexmab could come from multiple sources , so people are holding tight .

We now know they aren't expecting MATINS feedback until March at the earliest , but that's only a few weeks away , and any positive action to do with the Leukemia AML side , could have a positive knock on effect for the MATINS news .

Also , the usual elephant in the room of 'funding' has been dealt with , and access to IPF funding looks also to be underway .

Results presentation moved from Thurs to Friday . Not sure why that would be ? Perhaps they know it may be a busy week .

Mr Tyrrell will lead Greatland's technical team and oversee the transition of Havieron from development to production including the integration of Havieron into the Telfer processing plant.

Another FDA approval for a drug championed by LLS .

It got approval despite having only 13% rate complete response ( with about half patients showing some response )

With Bexmab - obviously with smaller numbers - our response rate is far higher .

They had 120 patients - although Bex has now been given to well over 220 patients I think - so plenty of data to back up its mechanism and safety .

A 30% increase in holdings by Varma - equates to about 2.8million euro investment in this placing .

That is a very robust vote of confidence from a very steady institution .

I don't think the 90 day hold will be of much concern to those taking part today .

They , like most , if not all of us , are in here for the big prize .

QIBs are institutional investors that own or manage on a discretionary basis at least $100 million worth of securities.

We have new investors taking part .

If LLS have taken 1 million even that would be great - but leaves pretty much 10 million that's come from elsewhere.

In this financial climate - that's pretty good going - and at a 75% premium from the last placing !

I wonder if they have had investment from any US based outfits -

Last nights RNS stated that they have offered the shares also - in a private placement in the U.S. to a limited number of qualified institutional buyers, or QIBS, pursuant to an exemption from registration under the U.S. Securities Act.

90 days hold on the shares too ( quite short )

So I think , Faron are expecting developments in the next quarter for sure .

3.25 euro - 12 million raised . Oversubscribed .

Timo has been as solid as a rock - so thanks to him for his support again .

LLS are spending money this month - latest news from them - they invested $3million into Biolnvent last week ( strategic investment)
If they do put in substantial amount ( I think their original entry was about £0.5 million at Faron back in June , although I can't seem to find the figure ) , that would be great .
Surely off the back of Bexmab so far , and all the help they are getting , LLS would now want to take a much larger stake.

Won't be a disaster if the placing is at 3.5 euro I guess ( if its 11 million )
The last one ( Oct was at 1.85 euro ( 8 million) a 5.5% discount to SP)
So at least they will get more euros for the shares .

If LLS are going in big at Faron , it sure speaks volumes on the experts opinion of where this is going .

That's the funding question answered for the next few months then .

Placing with LLS & Timo taking substantial amount . 3.5% dilution , although Faron has ability to take it to 10% .

What is surprising this time , is that the SP hasn't been decimated before hand in order to achieve a low entry point .

Dropped about 5% at most the last week . This bodes well - in as much as the placing SP being ridiculously low .

LLS putting more funds in - also good - after todays video - it shows that they back winners .

Timo - again good - keeping his % holding high . Has always shown confidence .

IPF Partners - Faron will be straight in to negotiate the next tranches of Loan - the delay in the matins FDA meeting result may have prompted this whole affair - as IPF future funding hinged on getting FDA pivotal trial approval .

87% of money raised will go towards advancing Bex in the combi trials mainly .

So we go into the US expansion with Bexmab - still with Bex being 100% wholly owned .

Lots to pick through - but lets see how the placing goes - overall , as long as the placing SP isn't stupid , I see this as a good move .

Nice positive vibes , and MLF confirmed that thanks to the LLS support ( they first made contact at the JPM conference in 2021 - so shows how useful these are ) - huge networking and expertise contacts were made.

When it came to expanding into US trial sites , thanks to LLS network , within 2 weeks of phone meetings , Faron had all the trial sites that they needed for the US expansion .

LLS host did a good job of showing how they really select companies that they feel will make a big difference , not just the product , but the company , and management people too .

The aim was to have submitted the PII Matins package to FDA by end of Q4 2022 .
I think MLF said 30-60 days for the response .
So I'm also thinking that we'll see the result of that in Feb / early March at latest .

I don't know how Bexmab would feature in that , because it has kind of blown all previous data out of the water in showing immediate efficacy . And the news is coming thick and fast .

Either way , its been a real bonus and has strengthened Farons hand immensely .

Just need to hang in now and see who they end up doing a deal with .

Right time right place , but 3 years shows true commitment . Well done

Their discussion talked of the second patient who experienced CR . MLF says it may have been due to Aza , or Bex , but considering the chance of success with Aza alone is 14% , its pretty good to have a success whilst on a Bex trial .

2021 first meeting with LLS at JPM. With it, Faron networked and transformed itself from a solid cancer company into a blood cancer company as well. Now, after contacting them, in a few weeks they got together the necessary Yankee ties.

According to M-L, 20-25% of Faron's staff are stationed in the Yankees and growing. M-L myself in Boston.

At BEXMAB, a research link to the Yanks opens next week. 2 more coming later.

So expect news of the updated trial sites imminently in US .
Bexmab trial site not updated since July5th 2022 .

Plus Matins meeting news will be with us in a matter of weeks ( 30-60 days from submission , which was supposed to be end of Dec )

Still awaiting Traumakine news with DofD . They stumped up over $5m for Hibiscus , so you'd think they'd want something for their investment ?

The Faron calendar is suspiciously blank . Maybe there will be a raft of new investor events and conferences , or perhaps we are ready to move to the next level ?
