10p is still a bargain with whats coming down the pipe

Indeed . It wasn't easy , but over the last year , I've managed to get my average down to 6.4p .

Got myself a nice round number of shares now , which I have no intention of selling until we are either bought out , or see true value - how ever long it takes .

But the trader in me needed a fix , so I actually had a pile this morning too . Should have done it earlier , but the momentum here is relentless . Well done all those that have endured the dark days - finally we are getting back on track .

Looking back , it always seems likely that they are about to do some kind of deal , but it never happens.

I really think that a deal is coming , but there again , if they do fundraise for a P2 Bexmab trial , which is possible as it will be a small number of patients ( 70 odd I think was mentioned) , I still think it would be worthwhile .

The full P1 data readout will be coming soon .

Either way , a P2 will happen , and odds on it will be a success .

Markku has built up a very strong team , has the backing of some big players , and seems super confident and positive .

5 new sites in the US to support Bexmab - which will accelerate any P2 timetable .

SP is back to placing price this week . Not sure if there is a distressed seller over on Nas , or another reason , but I just see it as a good top up level , should i have any free funds .

Shame in a way as I was hoping to top up at a discount .

Give it a month or two , looking back , it may well prove to be at a discount .

Sp at these levels isn't a worry , most LTHs know how likely a success is now , so just sit tight or add if you want .

And I do like the confidence of commercial production . Bexmab leading to accelerated market approval must surely be nailed on by now .

Should the Company raise approximately EUR 6.0 million, the Company would have sufficient funding for its working capital needs into Q1 2024. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Placing for the following:

· BEXMAB program (approx. 29%)

· Initiation of Phase 2

· Opening 5 new sites in the US

· Full Phase 1 data readout

· Bexmarilimab CMC (approx. 38%)

· First commercial scale production batch of Bex (2000 L)

· Other clinical development (approx. 5%)

· G&A (approx. 15%)

· Financing (approx. 13%)

The use of proceeds from the Placing above is based on streamlined focus on BEXMAB study and resulted in significant cost savings.

AS expected by many . At least we will now have sufficient funds to keep Bexmab on track , and allow negotiations to conclude . Don't expect much of a discount off SP , but will probably have a top up if its much below todays price .

Like CB says , it's a means to an end , and at this juncture , we only need a few months really to have everything tied up .

This smells like a 'keep a lid on the SP' RNS . Its of no consequence materially - lots of engineering work decisions going on on a daily basis I'm sure , that we don't need to be bothered with . Let see what happens after the 26th .

Previous results for bexmarilimab have been incredibly positive, and the new posting suggests this was no fluke. Of the 22 patients in the cohort, 50% entered remission in doublet dose, and the drug remains well-tolerated at all tested dose levels.

Explaining the development process of bexmarilimab, Faron COO Dr Juho Jalkanen told Clinical Trials Arena: “Bringing the drug into the clinic, we started out with a rather traditional first-in-human approach in advanced solid tumours and did see encouraging activity in a number of indications there too, but then we got this AML and MDS trial going and started seeing extremely exciting results.

“For now, we are pursuing blood cancers because of the huge unmet need in r/r AML and MDS, and one of our biggest supporters being the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.”

There are also plans to continue research into the drug’s efficacy on solid tumours, with Dr Jalkanen suggesting it could be a “game changer” in this field too. For now, however, the company is continuing to focus on blood cancers: “As a small biotech we cannot be pursuing everything at once.”

Without immediate follow up news , the vacuum was always gonna suck us back again . But it hasn't been too erratic .

Plenty coming in Q4 . It may be a fund raise , but like western says , that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing .

Small P2 trial with quick enrollment , and predictable results . If we achieve that alone - and gain further FDA designations along the way , then we would likely cross the line into having a marketable product whilst still owing 100% of the platform . Quite an achievement .

Faron has become a much larger company over the last 2 years . Ambitions may have changed .

Whether it takes a month , a quarter , or another year - the plan looks to be coming together , and when it does , we won't be complaining too much I think .

To be fair it didn't actually budge up much anyway . Its been lovely news for us LTHs , but the market won't budge until we get funding/partnering details .

To have that cracking P1 data in your back pocket can't be a bad thing ?

Rather like having your belt tightened up another notch as you go into a trouser pulling competition .

Should protect you even more form having them pulled down whilst meeting BP.

Well I just bought my 10% back at 10p higher than I sold it at . Could have been worse . I apologise , and it wont happen again .

Most questions were just on the science - but the FDA signals look to be all green - and more news expected soon .

Markku - amazed that this data is so good - it really nails on the chance of approval - as the bar is so low already .

Looks like they still haven't settled on a deal yet - as the next months will be meetings a plenty .

Main objective other than getting Bex approved - is shareholder value . and he says that for the best result - they will not be rushed .
