With regards to Monchetundra Project:
- two predominately palladium open pit deposits
- located 3km away from Severonickel
- Severonickel is one of the largest NORILSK Nickel's base metals AND PGM processing facility
- near the town of Monchegorsk on the Kola Peninsula.

- The Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) HAS APPROVED the Monchetundra Flanks application!
- Now awaiting final approval from SevZapNedra [the regional licensing body]
- The approval from the Russian Ministry of Defence is an IMPORTANT STEP in obtaining the Flanks licence.
- Eurasia is happy to confirm the Flanks application process is progressing as planned.
- EUA expect to receive the respective licence in due course. (Further updates will be provided)

The ever anticipated note from chairman: Christian Schaffalitzky:

Eurasia Mining's flanks application progressing very well towards officially obtaining the Flanks licence [approved by Russian MoD]. Hurling our 1.9moz ownership towards a whopping 15moz of the most valuable metal on Earth - Palladium, which has breached $2100/oz and is set to soar past $2500 within the first half of 2020.

Of course there's no guarantee of a deal. It is only guaranteed once the money is the bank.

What we do have is a company in a strong position.

- a commodity that is in very short supply and has great supply/demand fundamentals for the next several years

- a BOD who own 20% of EUA so stongly aligned with shareholders
- a BOD who are experts in the geology of their sites (CS) and experienced in selling major projects (DS)
- Established as the dominant player in the Kola peninsula with a production license until 2038 and exclusive right for the flanks. That could mean owning a district with up to 15Moz of PGMs. We control what looks like a prolific district for PGMs for several decades. Relatively shallow and with years of previous drilling activity.

- Russia is a low cost, mining friendly nation. We seem to have good relations when it comes to getting permits, licences, approvals.
- Awaiting news on Tipil licence (WK) and on adding Monchetundra flanks
- South Africa, the historical PGM producer is in structural decline due to power outages, high costs, unionised labour, ever deeper mines

Usually with such an immense project there would be a risk of dilution but in our case there isn't, for a few reasons:

- We have on the back burner an amazing deal with Sinosteel that we can take up if we want to - where they take on the debt and we slowly pay it back once the mine is commissioned. The economics must be solid for SS to have signed that deal.
- We can shovel dirt at WK and generate cashflow cheaply and quickly. Once WK flanks are in we can ramp up washplants at WK.
- We have just exercised warrants to get £1m in the bank
- We could sell Semenovsky - with gold soaring the economics are even better.

EUA has cleaned up the share structure (no outstanding warrants).

Add to that - all our suitors are now flush with cash from gold and PGM's taking off. They will be looking for more reserves.

Our location works well - Right by a port, rail links, an airport, right by Norilsk nickel smelter and right by a mining village.

Any ideas on suitors? A major PGM producer?
