Yes, it’s business as usual here today folks! I don’t know what today will bring us but it’s never a dull day with EUA hope they put an rns out to clarify the *******s of the last couple of days!

Nothing has materially changed. Something or some party triggered the suspension and it has been subsequently cleared up.
It’s frustrating as we thought it might be the one, so it’s back to BAU
I actually think it’s something underhand from a third party, we will find out in due course!

This is why we are suspended!

The AIM company putting in place changes that can be judged a fundamental change of business. Under such circumstances, the company must work alongside their adviser to re-prepare their AIM admission document and go through the processes required for re-admission to trading of its shares (Rule 15).

As the Company already stated this in an RNS…

Q3: Can the board release a comprehensive update regarding
the potential asset sale?
Our RNS of 12 May 2021 stated the Company had received a
proposal for the potential acquisition of substantially all of the
Company's assets, and that the transaction would make the
Company subject to AIM rule 15 (any disposal which exceeds
75% in any of the class tests is deemed to be a disposal
resulting in a "fundamental change of business"). The
Company has provided as much detail as permitted by the AIM
Rules regarding this proposal and looks forward to providing
more detail when appropriate and permitted by the AIM Rules.
Proceeding under the remit of AIM Rule 15 would require a
shareholder circular to be published and a general meeting of
shareholders held to approve any transaction.

Well yesterdays RNS certainly threw the cat amongst the pigeons and I’m looking forward to today for another RNS clarification so hoping of hopes that it’s the one we’ve all been patiently waiting for

So we have a suspension, i sincerely hope that its good news for us all. we have been through quite alot together so i hope its good.

Well another week closer to the end game, whatever that may be, and having trust in the BOD to get the best deal is quite important here I think. Dimitry is a very clever man and that’s why I think this is a very complex deal, probably being encompassed by his next move in business too.
It is unnerving having conflict or war or whatever we want to call it on our doorstep but until the bod tells us differently it’s business as usual

Thursday is always a good day for EUA, lots of news has typically landed on a Thursday, so no harm in looking forward to see what today might bring., every day takes us closer and although most are expecting the next update to be at the AGM there is no reason to think it couldn’t happen sooner.
