That’s frustrating , although the housing market has remained really strong, you could look in to taking a short term mortgage against the property you want to buy your current home, and owning both houses, don’t know what your current mortgage position is on your current property, then get the old house sold/rented out until either eua comes in or the house is sold? It’s like a bridging loan but not as onerous. Might be worth exploring!

im sure i read last time on advf, he said that his last sale had taken him under 1% so he wouldn't have to report any further trades..but he did say he would be making another sale, not huge, and then keeping the rest for the end game..i wouldnt mind being a share behind him!!!
