Good morning shipmates !Interesting post by n1 on telegram see belowPotential buyer of Eurasia Mining has successfully completed due diligenceGood morning, friends. Yesterday we talked again (https://t.me/bitkogan/15108 ) about Eurasia Mining (EUA.L). I promised to keep you up to date with current events.Funny. Among the reasons for the possible growth of stock prices, we also discussed the inevitable purchase of the company. And here's Grandma Yuriev Day for you: the news comes out that (https://www.interfax.ru/business/800145 ), that a potential buyer of assets of the British Eurasia Mining Plc, which owns licenses for platinum deposits on the Kola Peninsula and the Urals, has successfully completed the due diligence process. In other words, the corporation that wanted to acquire the company and was in the process of negotiations, finished checking the assets and business of Eurasia. To understand the meaning of this message, you need to understand how M&A transactions actually take place. For information: out of 100 M&A deals that start, it is good if 5-6% reach the final. Why? This process is incredibly difficult. At first, negotiations are going on for quite a long time, where they find out the seriousness of the parties and the possibility of matching the understanding of the price, the terms of the transaction, etc. At the same time (more precisely, even before that), a document called NDA is signed to prevent information leaks. Then a bunch of other documents are signed, like MOA. First of all, non-binding documents. Then already binding....In other words, very few reach the DD stage.Does this all mean that after the completion of the DD procedure, everything is already on the ointment, and the deal is close to completion? Of course not. A million reasons can ruin a deal. But to reach the end of the DD procedure is already not bad.On the one hand, the owners of Eurasia can be congratulated: it seems that the light at the end of the tunnel is already visible. On the other hand, I want to wish you perseverance. The process of selling a company is oh so difficult. And, most importantly, it is impossible to lose. We, the minority shareholders, will be interested in the price significantly higher than the current levels!M&A is an incredibly difficult process. And it has yet to be continued. We are waiting, sir.@bitkogan
Wow
I take the day away from communication only to miss a top drawer RNS basically telling us the “buyer” ( love it) has all the information he needs to do what buyers do.. then the interested parties ( the guys that want battery stuff etc) will also soon get a chance to do the same on their bit , as well as popping their heads over the fence to see what the buyer is buying and potentially putting in offers on that too !! What’s not to like!
Good luck all keep your internet on and your pots boiled and your tickets safe!!!

Another day and another opportunity for news to land, it’s an exciting time to be a shareholder of EUA that’s for sure. Don’t get bogged down in the shortly issue, we had a guy on here last week who used to write RNSes and he explained the meaning perfectly. Just sit back and relax it will happen soon so keep those tickets safe folks!
if that's the case, the "team of blue chip professionals" involved in the process would have walked away. absolute bo11ocks stating something like this, if youre unsure and need your hand holding, go put your money in a building society
