I didn't mean that TW and BMD had bought in the placing. I meant the documents got leaked to those two from a company looking to buy in so they would end up with a cheaper entry price.. stinks of corruption but nothing is ever done about it .

the placing price was reduced because certain people released price sensitive information.
The same people that have taken placing shares. TW and BMD got hold of the information and I think the SP fell about 15 % so RBD had no option to do the placing at a lower than planned price.
I am sure the original planned placing price was 1.20 but at 1p per share they had to reduce the price to make it worthwhile for the buyer .

be back to 1p very soon... ;-)
