Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
'significant visible mineralisation' 2016: 'biggest find in a decade' I sincerely wish all of you good luck. Just be careful and only lose what you can afford to. I lost everything in Jan 2017 and I mean everything. That's my fault and after many sessions of psychiatric treatment I'm back in the world of reality. Don't wish to put a damper on the current excitement. I have noticed some old names here, good for you for holding on. I wish you all the best. Take care.
Ogm4 thanks for all you posts as a newbie on a new site I would not have got an initial feel for this company. I know much more now doing plenty of research and will be buying some shares this am. Reviewing the deal, investor involved and the fact production in process this had so much upside. MCAP is way too low. 92p year hi (company worth more than that now). I can see many investors catching up and hopefully investing giving you much more volume.
The more I'm looking at this the more I'm tempted. Yes it has had its problems in the past and I'm sure many had their fingers burnt but they appear to be learning. Fantastic support from investors who would have done their due diligence and realise the huge potential here. MCAP is way too low for me it just needs more volume. Only 80mill shares in issue. If volume comes tomorrow this will go back past 60p for sure. Should not go below 43p so win win for new shareholders. Good luck.
Just doing some research now. With the investment this should not drop below 43p- so much upside, am tempted to get in tomorrow I have too say. Sounds like other news is only round the corner too. This should have much more interest after today.
Apologies everyone re my figures as this was a misunderstanding on my part. I think long term this is a great share. Unfortunately my personal financial position has just got a whole lot worse - long story. I can't hold so have been caught in catch 22. Anyway good luck to all of you.
Even if we get approval I don't seeing this being an all or nothing deal. Firstly how many companies is he speaking with? Needs to be all in California for me. Will these aged old companies go all out for this improved product? I can see a 12 month trial which could mean up to 25%. That would mean SRES providing 0.5 million per year. That would only increase SP to just insert half a penny. My other concern relates to licences - they might not be able to start drilling until next march.
Guys you need to go back, not to far, on this post to see the advantages of Pozz and Perlite. I have just being going over some figures based on what we know. ALL companies in California produce 10mill tons cement per year. I don't think, due you transport cost, this will be transported anywhere else. Cement consists of about 20% per ton of Portland cement - which they sell (does not take into account water & air as that only happens when the cement if mixed). The rest of the ingredient is aggregate which is made up of sand, gravel and crushed stone. That means if Portland cement is to be replaced we are talking about £10mill x20% which is 2mill per year. That limits the quantity we can provide to California anyway.
In basic terms cement companies need to find a solution to their huge CO2 emissions targets. They pay a huge amount of tax because of this. They also have the additional problem with coal fly ash (running out). Promising meetings held 4th September with interested parties. Estimated tonnage per year 5mill. Based on today's MCAP £3mill with SP 0.18. IF they move 1mill ton that will man an MCAP of approx £20+million. SP will be approx 1.30p. if they produce the whole £5mill were looking at SP 6p in first year - NOI approx £275 million. This is long term and we want the best deal but we hold all the aces here we really do. WE HAVE FOUND A PRODUCT that is the only answer to cement companies problems. They will save millions in taxes and in effect get our product cheaper. Their product will be more ECO friendly and stronger. When the first contract is signed this will fly, is not far away now.
No not hold but we have a product that has passed all tests. What do we have: natural pozzolans can improve the strength resistance of concrete and replace 1. Portland cement and make cement greener (reduce CO2). 2. Pozzolans can replace coal fly ash (which is running out). They key here is cement causes 5% of all man made CO2 emissions. Cement companies have targets to reduce their carbon footprint. Cement companies pay tax per ton as a result. SRES hold all the aces in a market where there are no alternatives. This is a no brainer for me, no ramp, everything based on fact. There is only one small obstacle for me 'the cost to transport the product'. They do however have a massive cement producer in California 10 hours from Nevada. It won't be long now. MCAP £3MILL currently once contracts in place and tonnage confirmed which is expected to be approx 5mill per year your talking about a MCAP over £100mill..... Work out the SP. Good luck everyone. Also did I forgot to mention the massive advantages of Perlite.
16th October RNS shows test results. We really don't have long to wait guys. Key thing to remember here is from 4th Sept - We have recently held positive meetings with a number of raw perlite and pozzolan consumers and as a result we will now proceed to supply initial samples for their internal evaluation whilst continuing our own testwork programmes.” SRES own testwork was successful. Companies involved will be making every effort to progress this to obtain a contract. We will here very soon for that I have no doubt.
http://www.financial-spread-betting.com/Penny-USA-shares.html A good read when trying to understand wide spreads.
1 - In 2016, cement production in the United States amounted to some 85.9 million metric tons. China produces the most cement globally by a large margin, at an estimated 2.41 billion metric tons in 2016, followed by India at 290 million metric tons in the same year. China currently produces over half of the world’s cement. Global cement production is expected to increase from 3.27 billion metric tons in 2010 to 4.83 billion metric tons in 2030. The above is only the top 3 companies. 2 - Cement companies produce 5% of all man made CO2 emissions. They pay taxes per ton because of this. They have set targets to reduce their carbon footprint. 3 - SRES have discovered Pozzolan and Perlite. 3a -About Natural Pozzolan Pozzolan is a cementitious material that can partially replace ordinary Portland cement in cement and concrete mixes in amounts up to 35%. Natural pozzolans, therefore, have strong “green” credentials as the production of Portland cement is responsible for 5% of the global man-made carbon dioxide emissions with nearly one tonne of carbon dioxide (CO2) generated for each tonne of cement produced. Natural pozzolans can also improve the strength and chemical resistance of concrete. Natural pozzolans can also replace industrial by-product pozzolans in cement such as coal fly ash. The availability and quality of fly ash is under threat as coal-fired power stations are phased out in favour of natural gas plants and fly ash quality becomes more variable due to increased emission control legislation. 3b - About Perlite Perlite is a glassy raw material which, when heated in a furnace, pops like popcorn and expands by up to 20 times in volume into a white or pale coloured, low density material. Expanded perlite is used in various industrial and household applications such as insulation, paint texturing, building materials, filter aids, insulating industrial cryogenic storage vessels and as a potting medium in gardening and horticulture to aid water retention and aeration of the soil. Some perlites can also be used as a natural pozzolan. 4- Sample tests all positive which passed appropriate requirements - See RNS 16th October. 5 - 4th Sept - We have recently held positive meetings with a number of raw perlite and pozzolan consumers. 6- new discovery with potential of more discoveries. Conclusion-. There is nothing in the market that can offer cement companies a alternative to reduce their CO2 levels this saving them millions in taxes. Cement companies have to meet their greener resource targets and are now at an almost desperate stage to provide solutions. SRES now hold all the cards and this will lead to a significant jump in their MCAP. The SP is likely to substantially increase within the next week to 6 weeks.
When there are low volumes (low liquidity) this can happen. MMs seem to be moving this between 0.171 to 0.183 not sure why as the volumes are really low and there is no need for any movement. I will never understand how then operate but it makes no difference for a long term holder.
