There was a sale and repurchase of 160,000 shares yesterday and today. I suppose this was some sort of bed and breakfast deal. Perhaps the Director thinks this is the bottom, or he wouldn't have bought back?
Nice to see some more Insider' Trading today. Same thing happened a few days ago. Gives me alot more confidence especially in the sort of markets' we currently have.
Today in Investor's Chronicle he says lowly rated and hold out for more. Share is very depressed and would not sell at these levels. Enterprise rating 6
JP Jenkins Share Trade 19 December at 2.6 pence mid price.30 Dec 2022 22:05
Just spotted the share trade of 73000 shares approx. Any one any ideas? Last day tomorrow for filing of accounts. Perhaps they may register Co. abroad? We will find out soon enough. Good luck all.
The mid market price of the shares on JPJ is 2.58 pence each. A million shares have a value of £25,800. The price has held up very well considering everything that has happened to small company shares due to the Ukraine war. The shares were suspended on Aim way back in April at 2.65 pence and are only down a couple of % since then, which suggests there is still some underlying value in the Company as the price of Tungsten has held up well, especially in Euro's.
Troajan Would be very much appreciated if you could put your WRES contact questions and the management's replies on here. I have never been one for Facebook. Thanks.
