I’m interested to see whether Semnet actually merges with / incorporates GST into its business in the future, prior to or following the NASDAQ listing. That would certainly simplify matters from an accounting perspective and is possible given the family relationship. That’s my hunch as to what will happen in the future

I recall there was a circa 40% spike in the sp on the last Nasdaq update. Yanks can research foreign stocks just like we can / do. The info may not be laid out on a plate (yet) but the % of investors in the states is much higher than over here, and they are better informed. Everybody should favour investment over pensions IMO (not advice). This is an international stock with very little affiliation with the UK, save that it was erroneously listed on the main market here. A big rerate to come, when everything aligns

I suspect there will be a fair few US-based tech investors looking for an undervalued share just like this one. We will have to wait and see

I’m can foresee a big rise post 2/2.30pm today when the US wake up from their festivities. Perfect timing for big news and great opportunity to add shares this am IMO
