.....Roland will remain silent. Another email gone today asking Roland refuses to update the market on the whereabouts of the rig. I'm not expecting a reply.

This is ECR, you know exactly what I mean. Let's not be under any illusion of the 'progress' ECR made with MW on board, let's start with progress on the share price shall we? 'Judge me in a year' was one of his infamous quotes.

"Certain consultants (including proposed director Chris Gibbs) and professional advisers will receive 11,730,435 new Ordinary Shares in total, as payment in lieu of an aggregate of £23,460.87 of their accrued remuneration and fees for the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025."

Certain consultants?? LOL. Never seem to name these ' certain consultants'

"Following completion of the Subscription and the payment of the consideration for the Proposed Acquisition, ECR will remain funded for its planned activities over the remainder of 2025 and would maintain a cash runway which is expected to extend to at least the end of Q1 2026."

So once they spend all the last placing money on the acquisition, legals, costs of acquisition, ECR will be funded for 2025 but ECR state there's no certainty of the money going beyond end of Q1 2026. Placing February 2026?

Finally, after weeks of me saying they need to apply for a mining licence for BM, ECR state "Blue Mountain Project ahead of a full mining lease application intended to be made in the fourth quarter of 2025 ("Q4 2025")."

Still all a pipe dream until they get the first commercial scale mining going and a jam jar full of gold.

Certainly on the move again, 2 weeks until November then gold mining could start at any time

For me it's about Roland delivering something (on time).

I emailed Roland this morning expressing my frustration, again up to you if you wish to contact SYN on the publicly available email address

Even if SYN found a partner for Medway CCS, how is it going to pay for at least 5 years of SYN activity?? It will dilute itself out of existence by 2030!!!

I've no idea why Roland would want to pursue Medway for at least the next 5 years other than 5 years worth of salary at investors expense.

By any definition, the first week in October has gone by, where is the rig? Roland should know the facts, RNS next week?
