....ever since consolidation, but the 3.25pm Friday placement RNS was when Rufus "jumped the shark' (that's a Fonzie reference, Google it). After that Edenville/pr went I to hunker down mode and fended off calls for an EGM by placating investors. Some thought they had chanced, but the complete silence now taking place, at least 3 emails to Jeff, no response, Tim states in his last email months ago that he will not reply in case I post it on a BB, no update on output even though Edenville know it is vital to increase output in order to fulfill contractual orders, no word if money had arrived, no word on technology installed, no word on lighting for 24 hour operation, no word on opening up new cold fields, no word on whether digger loader had been purchased. Complete silence regarding operational updates.

I wonder if Jeff, Rufus and Tim are proud of their 'achievements' and they fact they are still drawing a salary/ being paid by Edenville?

Is Edenville now the definition of abject failure?

...that that failed and continue to fail to update the market regarding coal output, especially when Edenville have a loan to pay back.

Can any one think of a reason, other than the obvious, why they wouldn't RNS updates on output. Or is it simply that they have failed to increase output?

I've been doing the wait thing for like 8 years but it feels like a decade!!!!

He had the chance to update in this RNS but failed to update on coal output or if any technology successfully installed/commissioned.

I can only conclude that Edenville remain at less than 4000 tonnes a month output, not enough to pay back the loan in cash so at the moment my opinion is that Edenville will pay back in shares and further dilute.

Unless if course you know different Rufus?

No info on technology or output. Can only fear the worst now.

Has anyone put anything about calling an EGM on twitter, asking people to come here and add their voice?

If there is no RNS by the end of the day, what little trust I have in the nomad, Rufus, Jeff and Tim will evaporate entirely

Not many, and clearly not the market, have any faith or confidence in Rufus. An EGM would draw attention to the awful BoD but I just feel with all the friendly placings Rufus has enough votes to vote down anything.

At this point it's really down to when Rufus does the honourable thing and steps down. While he's drawing a nice salary I don't think it's sunk in yet for Rufus.

There will be oodles of jam!!! Lets think, maybe 'suggestions' of coal contracts, 'inklings' of customers, 'juicy morsels' of coal outputs. Technology that should of been installed at the end of September, maybe, soon, possibly, could soon be switched on if all goes well.

As I have said,
Edenville previously RNS'd that they had submitted a tender, if they don't RNS tomorrow then they truly hold shareholders in contempt.

If they RNS and don't give full update on production I will be seriously worried that the loan will be paid back via dilution

......2 days until the tender had be submitted.

If they do RNS they have submitted the paperwork but fail to provide any details about technology installed, output figures etc etc then my view is there's a massive delay for some reason. If the update the market on output then all is good.

I remember when the PR company actually communicated.

Tim won't reply to my emails, Jeff won't reply to my emails.

There's so much that could be updated, coal output, technology installed, lamella water thing working, increased output, how are Edenville going to fill 8,000 tonnes of orders with only 4,000, has the $750,000 been received, has the lighting been sourced, the diggers loaders been sourced.

It's my opinion that Jeff Rufus Tim have all gone into hunker down mode. Seems they are happy to take a salary but not to communicate with investors as regularly as the market wants. The share price would be a lot higher if Edenville would just tell investors what is going on.
