Whilst ECR has not undertaken any on-ground verification work at the tenements, the Board believes that there is an excellent opportunity to investigate the hard rock potential source of the alluvial gold, based on internal reports provided by Bluekebble. The information from Bluekebble has not been verified by ECR (and accordingly it cannot be relied upon and there can be no guarantee the findings are correct), however the following key points from Bluekebble’s internal reports have helped inform the board as to the potential at this site

Seems like Mike and his geological mechanics are very trusting on the ol' reports written for the current owners that help attract a new buyers, when the old buyer wants to get rid of a mine (be it in Canada or Oz) whilst gold is at a relative high !!

At least this will keep you lot interested but the share price supressed until at least the end of Q2, where Mike and BoD will have probably been allocated another two rounds of cheap shares for their £22,000

I've said it for weeks, of not months, if you haven't worked out what's going on here, research the BoD.

Now we have today's RNS. All that positive energy that got the dilution away, all gone now, replaced by a mixed bag of nothingness. Sell the tax loss. Keep the tax losses. Talk to more people, use it for BM. Keep the antimony, sell the antimony.

The strategic way forward looks like a mixed bag of chaos. It will take months for Mike W hitlow to sort this sh 1 t out and all the time they will convert their fixed price salary at a lower and lower share price (giving themself more shares).

Work it out folks!!!!!

I've sent an email to Roland requesting he thinks about what the f he is doing re Medway.

They have to, in my opinion, stop all activity on Medway. Just pull out of it. It a money pit for unproven technology a decade away.

Wasn't yesterday's RNS just a rehash of what is already out there? With, maybe, a few more superfluous adjectives added for dramatic effect?

And then Doc Holiday proceeds to to write that tweet referenced below with ECR branding.

I've said it before. The fact of the matter is if the price remains low, the BoD get more shares for the same amount of salary. They own more and more of the company whilst diluting for the rest of you.

There is a reason why for the last year that ECR keep testing, retesting, drilling, re-drilling, signing companies on confidentiality agreement and then more companies on confidentiality agreements and not actually producing any gold to sell. It doesn't take a year to set something up and produce gold. Those Aussie Gold Hunters would be bankrupt if they employed the Mike W hitlow school of gold mining to their own operations.

As someone said, even if they walk away now they would still profit if the next BoD made a better job of it.

My opinion, it just doesn't smell right.

This was all supposed to conclude by January 31st 2025. Now 2 weeks later than published, and therefore I'd think closer to final sign off, ECR now announce they are signing up two new companies on confidentiality agreements. It just doesn't sit right. If they sign up two new companies on confidentiality agreements, how confident that OCTO are going to go through with the purchase?? If they sign up two new companies on confidentiality agreements, can the final sign off be imminent??

I've said it before, if you haven't worked out what's going on here, then it's time to do more research on the BoD I think.

I would say people are now buying in to round up their holding here to be divisible by 1500.
