What happens if this hit 10p before that date and then dropped down after. Is it a price or a date that you're going to sell it?

Got to agree, if the company are telling one person something because they email in, then they should tell us all via RNS.

Wouldn't hurt to say, in principle environmental clearance has been approved but the company await official notification from the Ministry.

Good post Jasper, can you put the important bits of your post on Twitter for a wider audience, that oex have chased the Ministry.

What Jasper means, and correct me if I'm wrong, the ministry delegate to a committee of subject matter experts. These experts review each application and either approve or deny based on there expert knowledge. 0ex environmental clearance has been approved by the subject matter expert committee. The ministry who are not subject matter experts take this approval and write out to the company in question. It does not need additional approval by the Ministry.

Many of us have reached out to the company today to ask for further information, we await the responses.

Mine has gone and I suggest an inbox with 30 or 40 emails all asking why no RNS will shake them up a bit.

After 3 years of shut down I'd want to check and double check a few pipes, valves and gauges before turning the taps on very slowly.

Stop peddling outdated info, to update up from the Quarterly Update

"On 15 December 2021 the Company announced that, following a final court order, the previously imposed production cessation on the Cambay field had been removed and the Company plans to resume gas production in the near future following the receipt of environmental clearances. The two currently active wells, C-73 and C-77H will be placed back on cyclic production and the gas will be processed and exported through the existing production facilities and pipelines."

Just to make it crystal "resume gas production in the near future following the receipt of environmental clearances"

We know the clearances have been given, it's now a waiting game.

There should be more interest here not less, each of the dips is being bought into, wave after wave, and I expect to finish blue today after the big trades buys yesterday. There can't be much overhang if any left?

Agreed, but my point is it a substantial amount relative to the fact that the price is 0.2125p

There also trades of £16.99k, £17.78k, £10.65k to go with the £21.61k

A 10,000,000 buy is more of an RNS flag than a 1 trade for me. It may not be tomorrow, but,in my opinion, y' don't put £21k into a decimal penny share without having a fairly good idea about what happens next.
