We all know this is a news driven share, so my main concerns at the moment are the frequency of RNSs and the content of those RNSs. I'll give you an example, the last RNS included the following....."There was limited production of washed coal in January 2022 as the Company focused on the expected handover to Nextgen and concluding the Agreement."So correct me if I'm wrong with my thinking.The mine would have had an operational team, a bunch of digger drivers, truck drivers and machine operators.Edenvale would have also heard a senior management team, solicitors and contractual experts.Why is it that when the senior management team, solicitors and contractual experts were focused on getting the mine handover sorted, the operators at the mine had to reduce their activity and produce less.It says that limited production of washed coal was undertaken as the mine handover was focused on. Why does getting the mine handed over stop people producing washed coal?? It doesn't make sense to me??? It's this kind of thing that really confuses me, and doesn't give me a lot of confidence.Anyway the mine has been handed over and we await the acquisition utilising Tony Buckinghams money. The mind boggles as to what the end up buying!!!!

My worry on output is that they are using the same people and equipment, so if Edenville couldn't make it to 3000 tonnes a month, are the new people going to achieve it?

I just have a feeling that the 40 million was a sell, BUT it was the last of the placing shares cleared.

Like I posted, it seems the intent will be to RNS when the gas is switched on, rather than when the GPCB gives approval then RNS again when gas is switched on.

What that means is there will be NO warm up RNS, if we had the GPCB RNS that would show that the gas flow RNS would follow soon, but with it being ONLY the gas flow RNS a lot of people may be caught out by that announcement.

Looks like a lot of people want in before that news, if you are hesitating I'm pretty sure it's going to cost a lot more to get in once the gas taps are on

So I asked Patrick whether we should expect separate RNSs for the GPCB and the gas flow, his response is below. So don't expect a RNS about the GPCB approval, just expect the big one!!!
