RE: Feckin' fantatic RNS5 Jul 2022 14:03
Knowing that they were leaving their jobs, interviewing and onboarding the new people I doubt whether much has been done to overcome the operational issues in Tanzania, especially as the new BoD say
"It is the intention of the incoming executive Board members to spend significant time in Tanzania and retain and relocate certain experienced personnel from other existing African coal operations, which they are associated with, to Tanzania."
My view is that they will move people (yes it says that) but I also believe they will move key equipment - diggers, dumpers, washer crushers - to Edenville's mine.
So we have approx £500,000 in the bank
We have a shed load of good quality coal.
We have a new BoDs with operational experience
We have people on the ground and will be getting experienced personnel moving in to help
But we just have the single point of failure of the washer crusher, and it's playing on my mind. All the pieces are falling into place but for the washer crusher.
They state "A more comprehensive update on this will be provided in the near future." and I hope they recognise this single point of failure.
Tim if you are reading this, give them a nudge about his bulletin board so they can keep an eye on it. It's the easiest way to get a message to the Board other than on LinkedIn. Anyone found them yet on LinkedIn. I was connected to Alistair, but would like to connect with the new people on there.
Anyway, I'm hoping the comprehensive update includes the moving of digger, dumpers and washer crushers to Edenville's mine.
I also await a RNS that states the facts not the jam, let's hope they do so soon, i.e. that a digger HAS moved, a dumper HAS moved rather than 'is planned'
