I'm not sure how anyone can say it's been factored it already. Yes the shares are in existence, but what we all don't know is how many of the circa 2 billion will be dumped once they come across.

0.05p? I'll answer that one in early January 2023 when circa 2bn shares arrive on AIM from ASX.

Great presentation and great response, but we are still a long way off where we should in terms of on the ground development and share price.

So I would say that the investor presentation has been issued because changing to name from Oilex to Synergia Energy has removed all the back story to Synergia Energy. So this is tell investors all they need to know

It's market confidence and faith unfortunately. Both of which have been shot to pieces historically here. Until Roland delivers, until Roland gets rid of the condensate, until Roland announces a farmout partner for the £m. It will stay this way with a lack of confidence .

We need an RNS to say whether the parts have been ordered for the condensate removal

The fundamentals of SYN are the same, it's taking longer than we all thought.

They have proved the methodology and the depleted well is giving good gas flow rates. Gas is being sold along with oil and condensate.

We have a problem with a mile long column of condensate but they have a plan and are getting the bits they need to pump it out. And hopefully selling the condensate. It would be good to know timescales Roland!!!!

My belief is we have get the condensate clear, the farmout talks taking place will fall into place quicker, but we will need sign by GoI. However, I do believe Prime Minister Modi wants a sustainable Indian gas source.

All in all, a good place to be as we head towards 2023, as I say things taking their time.

But, the big but, are the shares that may be dumped in early 2023. Until we get to January we just don't know, and markets hate unknowns.

It will impact the share price if many of them decide to sell !!!

No one knows what will happen when 1bn or 1.5bn or even 2bn shares arrive on AIM on the 3rd January 2023.

As such, I'm guessing, people are waiting to see if they can buy in / average down cheaper early in the New Year. I don't expect any substantial news before New Year, so again no motivation to buy in or average down at the current price.

I'm happy with my holding, but if there's an opportunity and funds when (if) this hits 0.05p I'll average down.
