This time last year we didn't have a proven methodology, revenue and some kind of plan!!!

My own view, but 2023 needs to be transformational for SYN and I'm sure it will.

My main concern is getting the £m's from the JV partner as soon as possible so SYN don't have to do a placement.

50/50 I'd say. We need it in Q1, we need the investment, but will we get it? If the condensate order is lodged early in the New Year so that it gets going in February we may get the JV in Q1. January will be a big month for SYN, and we need the condensate order in quick sharp come the New Year.

The generation of electricity from coal, if it does still have a place in Tanzania, will takes years to materialise. The land purchases, planning, contracts letting, mobilisation and building will likely take the rest of this decade !!! I don't intend to be here in 2030, although at this rate I make no promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No dilution, as stated, as the shares already exist.

We have revenue but not enough to cover all the burn rate. Question is how long can SYN go on without a placing? We need that farmout partners money as soon as possible and we need to condensate out for the farmout partner to know the whole methodology works.

Agree Gordon, if the order hasn't been placed and SYN are waiting on others to do stuff, then it should be RNS'd rather than a tweet.

Like I said, order and date not finalised. So it will be well into Q1 2023 from the condensate is removed, after which, in my own opinion, the farmout will be agreed. They have to place the order and wait for the longer lead time items.

Moving forward but very slowly.

I suggest they officially announce it via a RNS rather than social media, at this rate the farmout partner will be announced via Tik Tok

But you, all winky VF, keep harping on about a RNS before Christmas. Rather than saying I told you so, I think it will be very suspicious now with you keep going on about a RNS if one comes out.

Just tell us honestly VF, have you been told there is a RNS coming before the Christmas break? Either yes or no. No winky faces, just a yes or a no.
