For me you are correct Gordon, it isn't about the workovers, for me it's simply Roland said something was going to happen and it should therefore happen.

I don't care what it is now, all I want is Roland to deliver something on the timescales he sets out, something to prove he has the ability to deliver on time.

He's missed the vast majority (I can't actually think of anything he's delivered on time since I've been invested) of self imposed deadlines. He now does not reply to straightforward questions via email, he fails to undertake any media after announcing deal. I do truly hope he is working on his exit speech right now.

I've been vocal in this matter for a couple of weeks, my opinion is that Roland should set down asap. I thank him for all the effort he has put in but the results are just not there. Shareholder value added? deadlines met and work achieved? Taken a company with very little money into a project (CCS) that has no chance of revenue for years and years and years. Not a good move in my view.

Oh completely agree SSCCSS, but that is different from Roland saying in a RNS "workover operation which involves the installation of a sucker rod pump ("SRP") is scheduled for July 2025" He said it, he needs to make it happen.

Still no tweet about rigs being on site. You'd think that Roland would realise that investors would like some confidence in the July deadline after SYN missing the, oh, every self imposed deadline since I got here!!!!!

Gordon, they (Roland Briana) haven't replied to my emails either. Gone into hunker mode it would appear, at a time when you would want Roland to be promoting this deal. Just makes me even more certain it's time for Roland to go

Have to agree, with SYN getting out of Cambay and new strategies being mentioned, seems a natural point for Roland to step off. Although I hope it's not another year of him pulling a salary out whilst he just sits an waits for the deal to happen, before he goes.

It needs to be a fresh start with fresh team leading it. Fingers crossed for $10m in BTC in treasury !!!

Quite a lot doesn't add up Gordon. Which it's why, in my opinion, it's time for Roland to step down and let someone else drive SYN on these new strategic initiatives.

Lower the market cap and every deal is great value 🤣
