It's all new territory now and a lot of money being thrown at H2 from all directions so CNHI(via Iveco and FPT) could do nicely I think. I agree about Bosch - I bought into them also.

FPT Industrial (part of CNHI) is a Nikola partner also.

6.6m trucks in circulation in the EU average age 12.4 yrs less than 1% with alternative powertrains. 98.3% powered by diesel 1% by petrol. They will all need to be replaced by fuel cell/battery in the next 2 decades.

Dsc I have not bought Nikola. I am betting on NCHI (Iveco) fuel cell vehicle sales lifting their sp long term and their connections with Nikola attracting H2 investors. I may be wrong.

Nikola have heavy weight partners Bosch, Iveco etc and a product that consumers must migrate to in the next decade. I agree that their sp is crazy high but the CNHI sp is low and they will be making the trucks - spells opportunity to me.

The Nikola orders should help Iveco over the next few years - worth a punt imho - its a file and forget investment for me until 2030. Can't wait to see big fuel cell trucks on the roads!

Bilbo it's a wild punt - I liked the low share price and the fact that their subsidiary (IVECO) will be building the trucks for Nikola who have a crazy high share price. massive market cap and no factory.
