Their Govt subsidies should be stopped.
Some Linde purchase announcements like their recent NEL one might help but maybe that is not their game plan for ITM.

Totally agree Toneman - fuel cell/battery hybrid seems such an obvious transitional technology whole hydrogen refuelling infrastructure roll out takes place, starting with commercial vehicles and large SUVs.

EV manufacturers are touting bonkers 0-60 performance as a selling point. There will be carnage on the roads in the years to come as a result of widespread availability of these cars in the hands of irresponsible and young drivers lacking the driving skills to handle them. Tesla Model Y Performance model 0-60 in 3.7 seconds etc. You might as well hand out loaded weapons at primary schools.
The Tesla halo is slipping......

Recharging rage comes to UK.....3 hour queues to recharge - watch battery EV sales plummet with these headlines.
https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/cars/1715596/electric-cars-drivers-power-up-uk-drivers-charging-points. Battery/fuel cell hybrids would avoid this problem and significantly reduce vehicle weights (pardon the pun).
Needs wide circulation - he has done a lot of damage to the cause with key decision makers spreading his arguments against hydrogen for transport etc!
From the Green Ammonia section - did they meet this deadline? They need a way of updating progress where targets are mentioned. If this goes well it could lead to significant future orders.
The 24MW system supplying 10,368 kg/day of hydrogen will account for approximately 5% of the plant's consumption and serve as a feasibility study for future upscaling. The electrolyser equipment is slated for shipment from us in Q4 2022, while the Porsgrunn site is expected to supply its first green ammonia-based products in mid-2023.
So the second factory was clearly pie in the sky dreaming - unbelievable...... ..
What happened to all the trials we did in Germany?
When the recharging point queues get to be unbearable, people will realise this is the way to go....

Tories are pushing nuclear and heat pumps - crazy. Our only hope is they get dumped at the next general election. Never thought I would say that as a lifetime Tory voter. They have really lost the plot since the Brexit vote.
I would be interested to hear the feedback including whether supplementary heating I needed in very cold spells and the impact of electricity price increases. This is being touted as the preferred solution over hydrogen blending and eventual transition to 100% hydrogen boilers but you hear very little about running costs.
People are beginning to realise that ground source heat pumps are not only expensive to install the running costs can be higher than a gas boiler. Remember the Govt promoting diesel cars as cheaper and more efficient then taxing them higher.........now it's ground source heat pumps as their latest fad.
