Just because a company delists does not mean it goes bust…it just means it becomes a private company and not a public company!

The vast majority of the time when this happens the small retail punters lose everything although you still have shares in the private company….

When a company goes private….it is no longer subject to the same public scrutiny and regulatory requirements as a public company.

With this shambles of a company it wouldn’t surprise me if it did this…

It’s obvious the accounts will look disastrous and no doubt they have been trading insolvent at which point the nomad would have to part company as that is a big NO NO then that’s another reason it will delist

Really don’t understand why you’re so addicted to this loss making pile of poo with the worst history of any company on aim.

Dash just because a company raises money…..it does not guarantee that it is a profitable concern.

No one has a clue what their cash position is of today….

It wouldn’t be a shocker if they have been/are trading insolvent….

It’s just a complete mess….no transparency from them at all…

if they do find serious discrepancies in the accounts and are unable to be signed off then no doubt the nomad would be obliged to part company....

There is absolutely no guarantee the company will come out of suspension....

What if the auditors come across something shady in the accounts and are unable to sign off......

SELL before suspension.....can always buy back IF.....which is doubtful.....they relist

With the looming suspension there is no guarantee it will return to trading…even on the slim chance it does the accounts will look shocking quelling any ‘raise’ (lol)

But one Nestorian guru here suggests buying in just before suspension….I reckon even the dumbest of investors would see that as the most ludicrous stupid action to take….
