nearly 99% down from all time highs....

on their 4 ceo who has no experience in the industry...

unable to service the loan....

the ist goes on....

but dont worry Amy will post soon saying this is oversold and will skyrocket from these levels.....

this can and most likely be oversold until it hits ZERO....

I think the lender is in between a rock and a hard place.....they clearly dont want a debt for equity resolution as they clearly see no value in the company moving forward......if they force the company into administration they will also end up with nothing.....administrators are the worst of the worst....what they tend to do is keep the company in administration for years whist stripping any asset/cash to fill their pockets with....

all the time no doubt interest on the loan is is increasing the company's liability....

very sad state of affairs for the shareholders....

if there is one thing the market hates is uncertainty....how in any stretch of the imagination would an investor not want a settlement to an issue that may cause a suspension...or worse
