click out....accept the loss and make money elsewhere.....AIM is a an avenue for companies to list....offer and suggest everything...then dilute you to hell and back... whilst taking huge remunerations.....its a con..... has been for years...the regulation on AIM companies is poor to say the least...i have ver come across a sane soul in my life who has invested in a company that has dropped in value by 98%......just look after your money and ignore AMY and Tec who fail every day...

The obvious being.....with a few truths...

1. A well managed company will ensure the accounts are filed on time....it gives the shareholders and creditors an insight into the company's financial position/performance...whether that be profit/liabilities/cash in bank etc

2. a company that doesnt file on time is hiding something

3. if they present the accounts it could show they are trading insolvent

4. it could show they are a loss making concern (well they are)

5. with the cash in bank number and zero profit it WILL show they are unable to service debt....yet the average remuneration for the ceo is $200k.....unreal

the list goes on....

most importantly it does not instill confidence in shareholders and creditors....

no red flags?????

never come across a more mismanaged and corrupt company todate....although this is aim and anything goes so no surprise
