RE: Key points from Charles & Kevin's Sept Interview8 Feb 2026 11:24
Best post over the weekend by LordWM : I am reposting because I am seeing so much absolute drivel. This is IMM related and not the run of the mill nonsense. I suggest folks not interested in IMM move on. Never seen a board with so many 'genuine investors' that continuously post negatively about their so called investment, suggesting its going to crash....................give this BB a break and have the dignity to stop posting.
I've been re-listening to the details of the interviews after last years P140 RNS, esp with Charles and Kevin - https://youtu.be/iNkUgLuT3Ck?si=WnuVdzz9rqTzLBoV.
Some important points:
- The diagnostic test will be rolled out 'relative quickly' (10.20). It will be used for patient selection for trials, will be in place before trials start.
- They already have the safety data, so hope to go straight to Phase 3 trials - a much faster timeframe. (23.20)
- Phase 3 trials should be quicker and cheaper, because they'll use the diagnostic test to pre-select super responders with Type M auto immune conditions.
- They 'know for certain' that patients with Type M conditions will response to P140 (27.30).
- What will the licence deal look like (assuming they don't get straight out acquired (29.55)
- There have been multiple 'eye watering' Β£1b plus deals (just upfront and milestone payments, excluding royalties on sales) in the autoimmune space, just to out-licence products (15.10)
- Immupharma are offering something 'superior' to those previous deals, and we should axpect a good deal (32.35)
Summary - we can expect a huge deal any time. Was due in Q425, but spilled over due to multiple large pharma interest.
IMO - as this is significantly de-risked, already have safety data and can likely progress immediately to Phase 3 trials where they will select super responders, there's an increased chance that Immupharma will get bought outright.
DYOR, and listen to the words yourself.
My view :
A groundbreaking patent application for its lead asset P140, the world's first "Immunormalizer." The patent application which provides the potential for 20 years of commercial exclusivity, discloses a novel diagnostic test and precision treatment approach, identifying a subpopulation of patients with Type M immune disorder that are P140 super-responders. This approach can be used to treat up to 50 autoimmune diseases ("AutoIDs"), representing a major step forward in precision medicine.
THIS IS A GAME CHANGER
The discovery of a NEW mechanism of action and identification of Type M, a sub-type of auto-immune disorders, greatly expands the scope of P140 across a wide range of autoimmune diseases. This discovery significantly enhances the business case due to the potential for long-term increased revenues.
This combination makes P140 a unique and extremely valuable asset, particularly with the potential for 20 years of commercial exclusivity, and will add enormous traction to our current discussions with pote
