Smart Punter, if I was wrong then I hold my hands up.
I don’t have experience in this like yourself but I just can’t see how they could just take the asset based on missing a payment.
I appreciate what you’re saying but my feeling is they will work with Rambler as it’s in there interests.
Again happy to be proven wrong but as far as I’m aware they have warrants they can exercise around at 35p worth around 5million

Obviously I’m absolutely gutted the way this has panned out just like everyone else. But worst case scenario they will need to sell and we maybe left with 10-12p which for me is a 50% loss.
When I first bought I was hoping for a £1.25-£1.50 by 2024.
The BOD have been deceitful and can not be trusted. One way or another we will soon know our faith. Good luck to all as always

Are you kidding me….. So if you miss a payment on your mortgage, you think the bank then owns your property??? Or finance on your car, miss a payment and what they then take the car of your straight away????
Of course it will need sorting but they don’t just take away your property the day after you default on a payment!

What the hell is wrong is with people. I may have been stupid enough to invest in this share but the rubbish that people post on here sometimes is at a different level…

Apologies for sounding rude but just read the RNS. Even Moon has the common sense to do that. If you’re invested I’d expect people to at least do that!

A placing of the necessary funds would need shareholders approval. Who would approve that which would wipe us out??
The placing needed to be done around 20p as many have already said. It’s too late for that now…..

Why does it warrant a drop to 3p? They’ve basically just said a sale is a strong possibility. People jumping on board now is who I’m jealous off. LTH’s are the only ones who get shafted out of this

It was an excellent contract to win and don’t think anyone would argue with that.
The issue is BOD credibility and the unknown.
Until we have some measurables it’s very difficult to understand the profitability potential. Therefore it is more of a punt at this stage than a investment.
As soon as we get some more details around what the contract is worth, I’ll certainly be looking to recover some of my losses!

I bought on a ramp around 1.6p and sold at a massive lost few months ago. Was going to take some after that RNS but no numbers so I’ll have to wait as don’t want to get burnt a second time!
I remember when people were talking 10p minimum etc. Life lesson learnt and reading some of the messages here it looks like unfortunately some others will have too……

I’m hoping you’re right Zappyman. If that’s case why wouldn’t they just be clear and transparent and say we’ve brought forward plans to mitigate risk during this volatile market.
