I am still confident something positive will happen here very soon.
Its just a waiting game and maybe we are getting near to some news.
The recent trading patterns point to something going on.

A few sells today. However they are still holding up the sp higher than I would expect.

This could take off again this afternoon or any day soon.
It seems to mirror to some extent the TRP rise.
However with only 203M shares here as against 1100M for TRP I prefer to be in here.

My question is this. If Burford wins and receive compensation will any of this money be returned to private investors who have lost out ?
Any thoughts anyone ?

Its the poor average shareholders that have been hit the hardest here with what has happened. Many must have money invested in BUR in savings and pensions etc. My worry is it might take a few years for all this to finally be settled if there is any legal action. In the meantime investors are locked in waiting. I would like to hear something more from BUR about shareholders and how they intend to try and get their money back. If BUR were to win a legal case would this money go to Shareholders ? Any thoughts
