Plus Trump allowing the transition- dow is going to erupt. Gl all holders
For me its the fact the parent company are agreeing to hold the shares for a year.
Arcm will be tucking shares away to cover the short. And in the meantime crude up, vaccine hopes up, and 2021 finally looks like a touch of normality.
If another party makes an offer....
Its the only reasonably quick way for private equity funds to start trading
Ipo very laborious and stringent.
Running through figures, at 50 crude would give the new entity 7.9 billion nav. Assuming use of 4.1b tax write down.
And hence subsequent reduced impairment and interest charges
Brent likely to hit 46 today
Ftse blue
2 more vaccines likely announced within 3d
Expecting a very strong day-24 finish

And analyst comments share holders position favourable3.4b post deal min for breakeven for shareholders , whereas conservatively we , many of us, expect 6b plus.***Harbour have to hold on to shares for 12 months before any selling**
I'm here for the short squeeze
Unlike many shares we have a timeframe of expected news. 9% shorts closing as a cascade will be epic
And it could be any time.

Shorts will close before the prospectus, and there will be a flurry creating a short squeeze. Due to the high vol shorting, its not unreasonable to see 40 50 pr higher, it will be a spike but still great to see
Still expecting a holding rns or multiple thereof
Hi des. You're obfuscation on this impedes the realisation of the current scenario. The deal , which I'm sure you'd agree is good for any holders sub 55p average , allows the biggest issue resolution- debt. This allows the backing company entry to being listed. I would imagine to this end ftse 100 is the aim. Couple the realisation that the sp via prospectus will i believe aim for 32p plus, if not more , with the expectation of shorts closing- an exciting position to be in. Recent rns also confirmed circa 9% new share holding by new institution, in last few days- that puts a backstop in
Declaration of interest, decidedly invested here, obviously
Its not related to takeover- this has historically been shorted due to its debt burden
That issue is resolving,so there is every possibility of a short squeeze at some point
The new entity will inevitably want to be ftse 100- surely a big factor in this process and to get investment to diversify
The smallest market cap to be ftse 100 is over 4 billion
5% of 4 billion is still 200 mill, ie 60% higher than now
As a minimum
If being locked in triples my investment I'm cool with that
Reversed earlier losses
I hadn't calculated for the hedging that has occured by our players, per barrel
Market cap of 7bill is hence realistic and conservative in my opinion
Hence even at say 4% (opposed to 5.6 suggested) the sp is more than double current
I expect to see holdings rns v soon
The importance of not using stop losses and having enough to cover positions. They took many spreaders out there. Safety in holding the "physical" share.
Alot of shares changed hands there. Note how the buy remained 0.5p plus over the sell in that episode. The mm wantef your shares
Crude turned blue against the general market again
30p within the week i hope
Fugu, you advised strong sell at 11p to 16p
Its now over 20p
Thats not very good advice is it.
Browsing the reverse takeover deal, assuming pmo shareholders get a true 5%, the market cap starts at 360 mill for the 5% holders.
That is at 36 crude. So the upside is at least double, prospectus very much looked forward to
I'm not sure why more significance isn't placed on the fact that an established fund has bought circa 11mill pounds in shares in the last few days.
Not easy to buy and done so in open play. Even harder to sell.
This has shored up the value, and likely the start.
They are in for either make profit in coming months or years, or as nom account- to cover shorts and allows shorts to close
As PIs we amplify movements in the sp, but the underlying facts here are that a substantial purchase and possibly more to be announced own the sub 17p shares.
The bedrock is in opinion going back in
If you look at the performance holding 17, highly suggestive
The other bit that has made me keep a position is the likelihood of a short squeeze. Thats a substantial amount of shares needed, now over 17p to cover closure of the position.
So is 40p possible? Yes with the right tailwind.
