I agree, expecting an internet forum that trolls like to frequent to be all sweetness and light is just not understanding the internet. You need to fight fire with fire. New threads are always the key. The most frustrating moments over the weekend are when one of our own posters adds on a trolled thread after it has sunk down the page, dredging it back up. It's real fist in mouth territory.

As we head towards the end of the year, I would personally like to note my thanks to the team at BMN for delivering such brilliant returns for shareholders over the last 12 months. The last two years have been remarkable. This year is set to be the year the whole entity of the vertically integrated platform is realised and I for one couldn't be more excited to go into the year in the strong position we are in.

China Making Big Battery Storage Push In 2019

China is poised to add a significant amount of battery storage to its utility grid next year. And it’s backing two horses in the energy storage race — both lithium-ion and flow batteries are part of the plan. China’s renewable energy portfolio now stands at 706 gigawatts according to Bloomberg but too much of that is wasted, or curtailed as they say in the utility industry. 7.7% of the electricity generated by wind turbines is curtailed as is 2.9% of electricity from solar panels.

I wonder what is going to happen to the deficit in the vanadium market and thus prices as the year progresses as more and more projects get the green light at current vanadium prices.

The vanadium price is very well set up to not only repeat the trajectory of 2018, but to compound the deficit along the way. Starting 2019 with the value proposition for VRFB being even stronger at a time when they are poised to take off is not a negative for anyone interested in any time scale longer than the shortest term.

Chartist, whether or not you follow is irrelevant and honestly, in the short term I am not bothered what you call, up or down. The same approach was made at 10p by similar characters with a short term interest as we dropped to 7.75 and here we are with the same structural deficit looking at a business that is flourishing with a share price that is hugely disparate. The short term movements don't bother me in the slightest. I just find it very disingenuous for an individual to try and adopt some kind of pseudo-moral high ground over another posters few choice words, when their own manner is very distasteful and thus highly hypocritical.

This has been proven time and time again and to be honest, if you guys manage to help the SP drop a touch, brilliant. I will be getting some more cheap shares. The level of mis-information being spread by recent trolling visitors is ridiculous. The companies strategy is built upon hedging the vanadium price through VRFB and electrolyte. They are positioned perfectly to deliver upon this in 2019. Watch the demand for VRFB soar this year now prices have lowered a bit. Then ask what that will do to the 10000 tonnes of vanadium still yet to be found to meet demand in 2019. Lower prices will kill some of the new unfunded projects because yes, funding is hard to raise in these current markets. BMN will continue to grow with the market owning an increasing % of global production.

And we still begin the year with prices around double that of the same period last year.

I'm sorry but to try and suggest the MM's are squeaky clean in all this is just ludicrous.
