Yep yesterday was a deliberate effort to push down moreso than the trading dictated. No doubt TPEP are still needing to buy back the 4m shares they have borrowed and sold - isn't this all just so convenient - especially considering there was solid buying over 24p within just the last couple of days. It's wheels within wheels at the moment but that creates opportunity for PI's at a critical stage of the journey.

Kev, I hope you don't mind me saying but you sound rather browbeaten these days. The share price rose 20% on news that the competition authority had ok'ed Vanchem. Next up is financing which makes the deal real and then the completion. Future rises are not dependent on batteries taking off some time in the future. There's plenty to come besides that. Equally you started your posts by stating predictions generally don't come true. Then made a prediction... At least you therefore don't agree with its likelihood of being correct.

What time are your new investors arriving today?

It's very unlikely there will be an RNS about yesterdays approval - at least until the appeals period has ended in 3 weeks. It would be far better to drop when there is no chance of it being further delayed and even better, provided with confirmation of a contractors appointment and start date on site. Equally I am not sure that Friday is a day to be expecting Mokopane progress. The office has reopened after being shut down due to corruption issues - ones I imagine BMN would not play ball with, and so the license is due, and imminet as repeated by Fortune, but I don't see Friday as any kind of deadline for that. Personally the RNS I would most be expecting is confirmation that funding is in place for Vanchem.

And further clarification that Vanchem will be debt-funded, not using equity. I hope no one was shorting thinking there was still ambiguity around whether there would be a placing or not. This is now the second time this has been debunked.

Vaneck and TPEP seem about as capable as a pair of chocolate T-POTS. TPEP missing the lows, Vaneck missing the highs. Really impressive, not.

Agreed and characterising every adjustment in strategy made by this young and blossoming business as a dropped ball is really wide of the mark. The sign of a great business is one that isn't afraid to make changes when situations demand.
