With the bridge platform created and the new token imminent the US will pile into this. I think this was a great RNS as without it we may have seen less demand from the US when ready to list. As it stands a product out and a better understanding of the process and technology means more US investors diving in to get a piece of the valuation increase as a result of these products going to market. Im amazed a 20m mcap isnt enticing more people to this.... This could be worth many many multiples!

Very odd to sell before news that could push the SP significantly North. Could be personal reasons, boredom, impatience... The latter 2 points are very silly indeed

Yes it's whether they decide they want to expand the mining side. Yes the most important thing is the transactions and revenue generation. There will be ongoing development costs involved on the exchange and token expansion that will need funding.

Yes the revenue will be generated through the tokens that should then fund any expansion of mining capability, although that hasn't been called out explicitly. If this isnt the case then there will need to be a placing to fund the development work on NFT and exchange, unless there is another way that the company will generate capital. They have said no placing, so will be interesting to know how they are going to generate sufficient capital (Hopefully the tokens as mentioned)

So i'm going to take a stab and say that those 25k share sales and the 45k are Monecor, along with the 10k. I dont have L2 and am only going by the trades shown here, but i think between 100-150k sold today so far. I cant think its anything other than Monecor, unless a major shareholder is dumping. I believe Dave is all in and buying more, but again thats on what he says. I would be very surprised if David had sold even 1 share before the listing. Obviously all in my opinion and only way of knowing is TR1 RNS. I believe that next week will be a news rich week (TR1, listing detail and Update on NFT)

Spot on. Im in another share GWMO that i believe mate a huge mistake placing before notifying the market of drilling commencement. The placing churn has throttled the SP on the rise seen on lab news and drilling start. Now if they had placed 4 weeks later i believe the price wouldve been significantly so less dilution. The placing should come (If at all), post NFT and OTC listing news. The expectation is that this news should get us a lot closer to the 70-100 million mcap (SP 70-£1), meaning same amount of placing shares for more money banked or less placaing shares for the same money if placing were to happen now (hope that makes sense)

I would class myself as a balanced poster. I was not a happy bunny when the second placing happened. I think it was an incredibly poor decision to ask for more money at a lower SP when it wasnt required (We had 2 million for drilling). We could have easily placed at 0.3s as we would be there if placing shares werent there to throttle rise. However, i am very happy with the current way the board are driving the projects forward and i believe we will get some significant traction on both copper and the new gold/silver drilling. The mcap at 7 million doesnt reflect the current asset potential valuation, it certainly wont when lab results come back

So is the panic over yet? Why people would sell on the back of a loose statement is beyond me. Stand by your research and stick to your exit strategy. If you feel this has run its race then sell, if you think it has legs then hold or buy more. The question you need to ask yourself is whether you think this will be higher or lower in the next 3,6.9, 12 months. Personally i think this will be significantly higher in the next few weeks to months so am holding. The Demand should outstrip supply at its current dilution level so the only way to get shares for our American brothers is to raise this at a significant premium. I believe there will be a placing as i cant see money generation on NFT immediately but hope to be wrong.

The placing before drilling commencement killed any short term rise. Each buy on positive news is counteracted with a placing sell. Im positive about where the share will be at the end of the summer, but thats the risk you take on a junior explorer. They may hit a huge gold find, or they may not. I believe that the valuation will increase to reflect the improved valuation against the licenses they get a hit on

I guessed around 175k on Tuesday, based on time stamps and rounded numbers matching previous selling pattern. No way of knowing till we get the RNS

I believe the big 10k ,25k and 50k sells are monecor, based on the rounded sells and when they come in. I believe we killed off 150-200k on yesterdays rise with 50-100k today.
Obviously there is now way of truly knowing, so just my opinion

The reason for the muted response on the SP is the placing shares being churned and I believe poor comms from the PR company and broker. However, the company has something here and that can't be denied. The rise will come when results come in, as I expect them to provide some nice grades if history dictates. I do feel sorry for people who bought high and are now in the hole. It happened to me with VAST as others got in significantly lower. I hated that company and its director's, whilst others were loving it

Think it takes around 2-3 weeks from application, based on ARB timescales, and we received an RNS announcement on 19th advising of our sponsors for US listing. I would like to say next week or the following at the latest, but happy to be corrected

Raharh spot on. Its very simple, dont sell your shares and the demand will outstrip supply, which will shoot the share price up... Sticky hands is the best possible situation before US listing
