29p would be some collapse on the back of increased demand and restricted freefloat when OTC listing. Unless you believe OTC or new NFT wont arrive before end of June?

No requirement to place if revenue comes in from Bridge transactions. Depends on uptake immediately from the new NFT's. Placing will come, if at all, once on US listing and Tokens out (Significant Higher SP)

The Platforms are going to have to do much better as the supply wont be there once we list in the US. 64 million doesnt allow for much freefloat stock, especially when the stock seems to be in sticky hands based on low sell volume. Im with HL and they are very poor when it comes to Aquis stock. It would be good if tomorrow Richard goes into/ or is asked about how or whether he is already "promoting" the bridge, specifically the "tokenisation" of securities. Elon seems like somebody who would be all over allowing the trading of Tesla shares using crypto!

Glad we have Vinay Gupta to add some serious weight to this company. Hopefully he provides a bit more confidence to investors on this Poulden Lead company. I have no issues with Richard as this is the first time im investing in one of his companies, but i imagine some have been burnt. You have to remember that this is a completely different company with a serious offering that is complete. Its not pie in the sky. The platform is up and the tokens will be out shortly. We have some miners, however small in quantity they are. The risk is the uptake on the platform, which i have mentioned before. Cant predict what will happen, but hopefully America listing will help with that.

Havent posted in a while as been heavily involved in VLRM at the moment, so research and posting on that. To be honest the RNS today was much of nothing really, but am always thankful to get an RNS saying all is fine and ticking along. The RNS today will not push the SP, as that will be achieved through lab results, which we all hope will give us some big numbers to talk about. I like GWMO because the board are incredibly transparent and you feel like you are part of the journey with them, which is something that many AIM companies dont do (The majority). I also like how it is a stable share price. A few months back people were talking about binning GWMO to get into RMS, ICON, AMGO etc and if you look at those shares then many will have lost significant amounts of money unless they got in and out at the right time. GWMO has remained in a safe place and i like that in my portfolio. It may not be making a significant about of money, but patience is key with this one.

No not worried because i have done my own research and dont care who has invested here. If that worries you then i suggest trading/investing isnt for you (You could lose money). Sorry if it sounds like sucking eggs but before you invest here, do your research. Read the company website, board structure, financials, RNS, product detail/technology, Market performance on NFT and Crypto. Once done then determine whether its worth putting your hard earn money into. Its irrelevant if David Lenigas, Elon Musk, the Pope have invested in this. The reason why i have invested is not the US listing, but the product that they have released and the potential to disrupt the current financial world. The concept of being able to purchase securities, derivatives, Gov Bonds through Crypto is a game changer. The fact that we have Vinay with us and using his Mattereum Tech backs the viability and credibility of VLRM

You are welcome Reach. If you look there is limited amount of freefloat stock as most of the holders are waiting on news of the OTC listing and the first NFTS that will actively allow investment between the "2 worlds". I would say there are 3 Risks here and others can add to or clarify
Risk 1 - Financing - There is not much in the bank and revenue needs to be clarified. Now the risk is placing but the board have said this wont happen (Take with a pinch of salt). I believe the revenue will come from transactions through the bridge platform but this needs better understanding
Risk 2 - Uptake - The Risk is that the bridge and NFTS have minimum uptake and fails as a concept . I would say that this is unlikely when you see the surge in NFT market size and the demand to purchase and store an investment using crypto
Risk 3 - Tax, Policy, - The Risk is that this is seen as bypassing existing taxation policies and an excuse for a haven for illegal activity. This again is unlikely due to the engagement with Hassans a world leader in Crypto Legalities and policy (They helped INX set up a crypo token in the US leading on engagement with the SEC)

There is a Telegram group and it was posted yesterday. Vinay Gupta and Poulden are both on the Sunday Roast. I advise everybody to listen to it if they want to understand the mechanics of the Bridge and how the NFT will work alongside the Mattereum Tech. There is no other company that has created a bridge that will link the crypto world to legacy FIAT currency, securities, debt etc. There are NFT exchanges that allow the procurement of art work, videos etc check out Opensea. Im happy to be corrected obviously. If there is a competitor then they certainly aren't using the MAP tech created by Vinay and his team.

64 million shares with the majority in sticky hands, difficulty to trade and low visibility. The SP will explode when shares start to trade on the US market as the demand will rise, the supply will need to match that demand so a huge increase in SP to entice sellers.... Aint getting any of mine without a fight

That's the bridge platform not the NFT. The token that will allow trading on that platform with Mattereum tech isn't out yet. I believe these are a few weeks away.
