Nope wrong. If you were in the group then you will know that I challenged Patrick around purchasing shares and closed period. I’m still in the group. How did you position it? Were you rude or abrupt? Only person I know who got banned was the idiot who keeps on coming in and out. You know who I mean

Under the radar...We were in global news outlets! The fact is that AQUISE trading is restricted by brokers meaning many cant get live prices and they have to phone or Fill or Kill to execute a trade. AIM, although more expensive and requirement to have a NOMAD, it allows much more volume and that is what drives an SP. My personal view is that we would be significantly higher if we were on AIM, but no way of knowing who is right or wrong. Its not a big deal as this will play out as we all expect it to. The increased Lquidity will come from the US listing as they will be very excited to jump on VLRM and that will push VLRM to close any significant Arbitrage. I think once we have the deal through, there needs to be a focus on moving us before exchange live date

So I didn’t mean to attack but I have heard statements over the last few weeks and nothing to back it up or suggest alternatives. Poulden may have his critics but the us investment structure was the only way to raise the capital needed to purchase and enhance the trading platform. He could’ve easily diluted at a 10% discounts and low exercise warrant price but didn’t as that would’ve killed sentiment. I also heard a ridiculous statement about a bank lending against asset valuation which would never happen on a non revenue generating penny stock.
The upshot is that the market has absorbed the funding news and today’s buy/ sell split tells us that demand is there. Unfortunately we are stunted by the market we are hosted on and the brokers inability to live price VLRM or go beyond a phone or Fill or Kill order. Our volume is too significant for Aquise and we should really be on double volume with a better purchasing mechanism in place. I know Patrick is aware of this and can fully understand the share holder concerns… we have out grown the market we sit on. They have been good to us but it’s time to grow. I think the IS listing will help the liquidity as the investors there get this more, just look who offered funding
Personally I believe that this will be the biggest share of 2022 because the deal will create something never seen before and will give a 25m mcap valued company direct exposure to a 3 trillion market alongside trillions on the legacy finance world ( securities, debt bonds, shares etc). This is impossible to estimate a value for the company as the revenue could be eye watering. Imagine billions in crypto investors sticking their investment into a stable debt bond that they can lend against to buy a property or a car. Add to that 24/7 trading and potential linked exchanges increasing fund products and customer base. It’s a very exciting time and I’m glad I’m on the train and not waiting at the station

So the biggest risk to this investment i have been hearing for a while is the Poulden effect and his continuous sizeable placings. This has shown that funding can be generated in a controlled and structured way to ensure growth to the share and maintain value to the shareholder. Fantastic to see that the US investors are all over this
San
Nobody knows but personally I think it will be a stock and cash split. I would think that the company hope that the 80p warrants get hit to increase cash in the bank to pay for some of it, plus stock award in the future like the Juno agreement. The company has such a low dilution that it can probably afford 30m at a higher price to round up shares to 100m and still be appealing. All conjecture at the moment but it may also come from private investment with a repayment plan

Ok now here is my statement. VLRM is undervalued
Ok so how do i make this statement. I take the current MCAP and look at it from what is currently on / soon to be on the books. You cant look at it from revenue perspective, but thats fine as you cant for many small/mid cap companies as they arent revenue generating. I give GGP as a casing point. If you take the value of the GSX ($12.8m) and the Juno group which i think is a couple of miillion and add a conservative PE ratio of say x5 then you get north of the current value. Understand the deal hasnt gone through yet, but you have to value the potential and also the value of the board. The board value has to be significant as you have Patrick on it. You have to value his connections and the opening doors to some big players like the chairmen of the NYSE. Next you have to value the agreement with Vinay MAP tech and the engagement of Hassans.
Its worth noting that Fintech companies usually add a ration of x25

Not sure what you by thats a no? Ive provide detail from his CV and it being about peoples buyin and profit made under Poulden era of Sirius? With regard to Lenigas, i dont know him but his reputation is known. However, he is a big investor who will sell when the time is right for him and that will have a short term hit on the SP if not absorbed by buyers. However, does that dictate whether the company will realise an increase in Value? So question, if David Lenigas dumps all his stock, does that mean VLRM will collapse? Does that mean Patrick Young has also fooled us all and the GSX deal is not real. I would be worried if you dont buy a stock because a private investor who has a so called tarnished history has bought in. Do you not invest against business fundamentals?

Please provide me with some facts around why this is a poor share and Richard Poulden a poor chairmen?
Ok counterargument. Richard Poulden returned huge MCAP valuation through aquisitions. He also ran one of the most successful hedge funds before sirius if I'm correct on that (I cant find the detail on that) Could be seed capital or something. Its worth noting that some Sirius shareholders will be very unhappy wth Poulden, but some will hate him. This is all down to when people bought in and sold the share. I give you the example of GGP and Gervaise Heddle. I am a big fan because i bought at 1.72p and sold at 25p. Some bought at 38p and saw him oversee the duster that hit the share price by 50%.. Not fans of his.

So i can start with some statements you have made in this chain
Statement: "Check.lvl2 and you'll see this is dead ....there's nothing to invest in here well apart from ifs and maybes"
Response: So VLRM has one of the highest volumes on the AQUISE exchange. Current shares traded are around 600k, which is significant against other Aquise stock like NFT or even QBIT. Also the current split 313-273 buy/sell meaning more people are buying than selling, so clearly people see an investment. Also if you see the book it is deceidely on the buy side with the bid moving and Ask to 33-34 with a tighter spread
Statement "Pump and dump girls"
Response: Would be good to get some more detail around this statement. The trading range suggests that its remaining within this pattern. No significant dumping of stock, but more sellers looking to move onto something different. I can tell this as majority of rounded numbers are on the buy rather than sell. The sells are unevan and look like PI's

So here is a fun game. Why dont people put some facts against there statements be that positive or negative to initiate a structured debate. You mentioned ignore the facts KGR. Please provide me with some facts around why this is a poor share and Richard Poulden a poor chairmen? I will see if i can counter argue your points. I will then provide statements on my research with facts and you can counterargue? Anybody can join in. Lets go for it

Guys
I don’t post much on here as people have ulterior motives and it’s mixed with excessive FUD and pumping. Statements like £10 a share or nothing to invest here/ irrelevant are equally pointless with no structure or facts to back up. So for me I have invested significantly in VLRM because I believe it’s undervalued based on my research. It’s great people being positive on a stock with huge targets but it needs to be backed up with calculations. Equally statements about overvalued and this share being dross needs backing up with detail. It’s easy for me. Look at all of the detail on the company and if you feel 20m is overvalued then sell/ don’t buy. If you feel it’s low then buy. My calculations come to 80-100m without crypto link which I’m happy to breakdown if beneficial?

Been doing this trading and investing for a good 7 years and opportunities like this are very rare. Most investors put money into things in the hope that drill results will hit something big. The majority of the time they fail, but then you get a company that does hit something and doesn’t rerate immediately. This is a huge opportunity for small investors to make significant money over the next 18months. Ignore the daily Sp movement and hold… it could be life changing money if played correctly
