I believe that I was one of the investors who read this article a long time ago and considered that it would be a good thing to support a company involved in carbon credits. Good for the environment.

It became clear that the hype behind this article was unfounded and the SP dropped sharply, and kept dropping. The management at the time were much like Theuns in that there was always 'light at the end of the tunnel', which encouraged investors to take up more shares at dropping prices to lower their average. This has been the case down through 5p, 1p, 0.4p, 0.3p and finally 0.295.

Valsen has been highlighting the problems with the company for months. I have heeded the warnings, and whilst I should have got out at 0.9p leaving me with a small loss I finally saw the light and got out at 0.5p having lost a few £1000.

(I lost more on breeding slow racehorses so this was not quite so painful).

Sorry so many people have been let down but I believe Motley Fool was at the root of my demise.

You missed your chance in September to get out at 0 .52. Take the hit now and put your money into something else.

Platitudes perhaps. Failure to reveal salient facts is the situation.

Not many people on this site want to hear commonsense. I joined up because I valued what seemed to be a good environmental project. Regrettably, the management failed (although they all pocketed nice salaries and share options).

Now, we are at the bottom of a dried-up well and there are only a few players making money on gambling the sp.

Purveying false hopes seems to be Theuns strategy. I agree with you - it'll soon be all over.

What I want from this company is the truth. It was promoted as a company that was bound to fly because it would sell carbon credits. The price bounced. Seen any income from carbon credits? Then it was touted as having a huge value as it had just bought someone's land. That was hugely financially downgraded the next year. There has been promise after promise that there is gold at the end of the rainbow - next year. Now Theuns is at it with his immaculately painted picture of jam tomorrow. Who made all the money? The directors? The CEO's?

I do not want to see a single person buying these shares on the basis of false promises. You may make some money when it is pumped and you dump, as has been the case for 2 years, but that is the gamble you take. You may lose it all tomorrow.

I looked at his profile on linkedin.

Many different jobs. Seems to move on after 1-5 years. Did he resign or was he pushed? Was he ever successful in any of these jobs? Says he has excellent communication skills. His RNI's support that. Talks a good story but I trust Valsen when it comes to telling the true facts.

Look back at the RNI's from previous years (say 2017 on) which give details of the revenue and profit from the Obtala period. What has gone wrong with this company? Despite new investment in plant over the years, revenue and profits have not increased, in fact the opposite. Market makers must be delighted with the amount of profit they are making from punters who think a big bounce is just around the corner.

Valsen told you there were labour problems. The company has confirmed it. I had nearly two years of Woodbois, from the false hopes of the market for carbon credits (who promoted that lie to ramp the price?) to the endless excuses which continue. I kept buying as the price dropped - to reduce my average from 5p to 1p. Should have sold when at 0.9p but finally had enough at 0.5p and sold at a 50% loss. People are making money, but not thanks to Woodbois, they are betting on the price temporarily rising then selling at a profit. That's the stock market of course but people are gambling on little titbits of nonsense. Its madness. Don't grumble if you catch a cold with Woodbois.

As somebody said this week, these little companies on AIM should be dumped.

Where are the facts justifying this valuation? Since I bought in during 2022 the shareholders have seen this rollercoaster fall from 5p to 0.4p, up to 1.0p then down to 0.3 and now up to 0.5p. Lots of fine optimistic words by successive CEO's.

Are these just snake oil salesmen.

Lots of people seem to be gambling, having few facts to justify their investments.

Plenty selling at around .35p this morning. Has there been a pump and dump operation going on last week as a result of Aron Lipschitz being subject of an RNS?

This is an extraordinarily speculative share with people like Valsen warning that the company need money to pay staff and outstanding bills. Operations on site have stopped.

I see that the dopey 'dibblers' abound - buying less than £100 worth of shares.

Geddes has been with the company as CFO for as long as I can remember. Was she just a professional number cruncher whose salary can be dropped from the balance sheet? She is the last of the old brigade.

Were they all so bad as to either leave voluntarily or get pushed out? Are Theuns and his pal really going to turn this company around alone and with no money except a promise of £5m for things unspecified?

Who has just dumped 90m shares?

People keep buying but the SP keeps falling.

I got out at 0.5. Suggest you get what you can, while you can.

Thinking I was helping homeless people through this company I am sad that the management have been so incompetent as to fail both the homeless and the investors. I'll survive but it breaks my heart to think of the homeless sleeping in doorways instead of being helped by the financial sector.

After 2 years of optimism in a company which was environmentally friendly, of which I supported, I decided that the messages posted here by Vahren? recently about the true situation in Gabon persuaded me that it was time to accept my losses and fold my cards at 0.5 having bought continually to average down to 0.9. I could have sold at par a few months ago and regret not doing so.

People are still bottom-fishing, even as the price continues to slide lower.

In my humble opinion it is time to do as Paul Dolan the CEO did, get and cut your losses.

Some interesting trades late on Friday, plus a gaggle of gamblers on Friday who did not realise that the shares are traded at less than a penny, not in £pounds, so they bought less than £10 worth of shares.

About 2/3 of the people trading WBI today bought or sold £100 worth or less. Do they not realise that this share is trading at less than a half-penny?
