Safe, That makes no sense whatsoever. Why the hell would I be bitter when we have just had 3 great rises and the Broker problem sorted in such quick time. On top of all that, we have a great project close to permit with 2 favourable minerals that are in high demand. I think one needs to look closer to home when talking bitterness.

The Company notes from the news story published on the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") website on 5 August 2019 that the directors of SVS Securities plc ("SVS") have placed SVS into Special Administration. SVS is the broker to the Company pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"). The Company has therefore appointed Beaumont Cornish Limited as its new broker with immediate effect for the purposes of the AIM Rules.

Dubs, yes, i noticed perlite start up volume has gone up. It obviously really is top quality stuff. Im sure pc could of got permiting done earlier but its all down to timing, im sure. Navajo closing will be a huge loss of fly ash in a already pressure situation in the west.

well, just done a quick count up since PC bought those shares off TYM and all the sells at a million and over add up to 79 million. That's what TYM had remaining. Surely it must be them

I really cant see it being anything underhand because why would PC buy the shares at all if there was a known problem with the CS Project.

Im hoping there is no suspicious circumstances behind it. Few things running through my mind right now. Did PC buy those shares off TYM to take them below 3% so they dont have to declare any more sells. If he did, was it so TYM can sell without spooking the market? (as they need the cash) or is there something more underhand involved and TYM are off loading before the $(-)!t hits the fan? Is it TYM that are selling now?

Min, I understand all that but Im sure money will be needed at year end. I think that is end of September. Im not sure there is enough cash to cover us upto then.
