Min, TYM is a total different ball game. If you are talking about the fluorspa project in Sweden then I can guarantee you that investors enquiries had nothing to do with them losing the appeal. If its not the Sweden project, could you enlighten me on which project they lost an appeal?

Min, not everything is well! News flow could be a lot more. Even PC stated something along the lines of improvement . The quality of the RNS's are great, its the quantity thats the problem.
I think most investors in here are of the opinion March. With every week that goes by, doubt begins to creep in.

Just found this on BLM site. Just an example of timescale for permit. It shows that the EA (Environmental Assessment) is completed before the Public period of 30 days begins. So we can forget permit for this year for sure! PC been telling a few porkies just lately lol.
