Hi jonjb. Yes PC stated for first few years it will be just raw perlite sales. Cheapest way to get into the market.
I honestly think we have big demand for our Perlite. It's top quality stuff and we are in the right location. If sales go as well as i and others imagine they will, dont be surprised once we have an income, PC will drill and permit New Perl ASAP. SRES already has the thumbs up from BLM for drilling.

The more illegal growers that get caught and their crops destroyed, the more that needs to be regrown = Greater Perlite sales. woohoo!

Dubs, I feel anywhere down here is a bargain. A £10 million MC for permit is not unreasonable. That would be at around .3 (massively undervalued in my eyes) 16 million tons at $100 a ton equates to $1.6 billion. over 27 years mine life is an average income of over $52 million per year. So a $6 million is insane and an insult.
We know as time passes this will be taken up in price. Next week will be interesting.
