I think PET should do the decent thing and tell us the private investor what is going on here with a take over on the horizon. I think after a flow of news the SP should rise but then there will be a T/O at a discounted rate to private investors. Just a thought!

I'm totally demused what will happen here now. We need some clarification...
I will send an email to David and find out what is happening. So if they secure some deals and the SP goes up to 10-15p whatever does this mean the company is still worth 1.07p. And that is what they can buy the company out at.

So with this new group of investors ( concert group) possibly owning 51% of Petrel Res. Does this mean they can buy PET out for 1.07p. ? Is that possible?? Or if there was a T/O it would have to be a premium or the same value to the SP at that time. However in the RNS. It does state that are expecting a wave of new deals and that this is an exciting time ahead. But does that include PIs ( private investors) ? Curious times .....

Volatility is crazy on this one....

I'm not the type for ramping up a share or a company and I've been very cynical of PET in previous years but I can see a lot of positives here now.... the outlook certainly looks brighter than it did. Good luck all holders.

Been invested for years in this share. I have no clue what is happening with this company and invested big time from back in the day. I'm sitting on a 30k investment at around 2.00 per share. What a dog! ...... any ideas what's happening here. Will Sealion ever come onto production? I wonder...... delay delay delay.

This company has done nothing for the past 8,9 years or so.....and only boomed on hype that was all. But now things have changed here with new investors, do you not see potential here?

Yes you are most probably right, I've been involved in toooooo many of these dead end companies. But could Petrel possibly have something this time..... maybe not it could take more years and more waiting but we all get suckered into these companies looking for a fast return.

Agree with you mate. This is based on pure speculation. I've been in / out of this share for more than 20 odd years. I thought it was a lost cause but something is moving here.
