Guys, we are about to finish re-structure process and deal will be on table short. There was very busy beginning of the year for the capital re-structure, NEX listing, Bryant settlement and new broker. There is no clear operations at the moment and potential deals are being discussed. Don't expect much told about the deals tomorrow. I will rather give the summary about the reorganization and final structure and very generic potential deal overview. I know we are awaiting long and placement after placement but we have handbrake off now and looking forward recovery this year. Danyo11 - Richard emailed me this week and believe me he does read all the emails. We don't have clear operations and employees to deal with the investor relation duties.

Guys, at least we have some activity and outlook for the operations this year. China is 1.4B people market which doubles US plus EU. For me most interesting project is cavitation technology project in there. China became more environmental aware past years and I am sure we may get real boost with this area. Certainly most of guys here are excited about Blockchain part but I see more potential in waste management in China. Big Deal as everyone produces waste - no matter you rich or poor or live in city or village. Looking forward hear on UK Investor Show how advanced we are with listed topics. Any regards capital reorganization, ongoing restructure or operational is possible (as long as we do any operations to Hainan province - China).
