my December advise was based on what Bob MacDowall said and I always emphasized that. He should be shamed for that not me. This company does not work properly at the moment but has huge potential. You don't even need a excellent CEO to get this rolling but one with vigor. Sorry to keep you waiting for results and I am same disappointed as you are but de-listing is not the resolution we expect here.

Low volume and low stock price doesn't reflect on listing. If you have some assumptions you need to provide evidence such like company has no cash or any other purpose. We will recover this company with you or without.
