It is not Halifax mate. Every broker have connection with several MM's and any time you try to make a transaction it pulls information from each MM'er and gives you best quote. Appears like non of MM's using by Halifax accept shares to buy at them moment. That doesn't mean that other brokers cannot sell to MM's. We are on the floor. yes.

Mind that on the PCGE website all notified shareholders percentage sums to 121%. Somebody did not notified shares sale ages ago. I observe this situation since year.

Guys, I think I know what is the RNS today. Just reminded that was an article to ShareProphets 21 days ago about PCGE shareholders structure exceeding 100%. Somebody reported this to the regulator as well. I think SVS securities sold some shares but never notified this according to the AIM rules. This is why SVS has been terminated as joint broker and PCGE raised the investigation. SVS will be charged by some way for this.

That RNS doesn't change anything for share holders.

We can discuss how SVS can be convicted for this. Financial contribution to regulator or to PCGE?
