Time will tell on this, but really cannot understand their marketing strategy, I sold after last investor presentation. As they drag their heels people better than them and with more enthusiasm in getting their product out there are leaving them behind. Hopefully wrong for those still invested. GL

Agreed, but my point was you can get good flow rate data with surface testing equipment, you do not need a lab for prelim flow data. Yes for understanding gas contaminants but not for understanding if stable flow over time.

Shar normally they would have to release an RNS with preliminary flow rate results if reliable, even if awaiting detailed lab analysis and interpretation. If not this would be considered inside info.

Please hurry up with some factual info, bored with all the insignificant number talk, all I want is the numbers on the flow rates. GL.

Chuggs onsite equipment more than capable for measuring and verifying functional flow rates. They may go to lab for validating results for compliance if they feel required for RNS purpose.

My only concern at the moment, is normally if strong flow data, then the company would be keen to update this and given that initially completion of EWT was estimated end April early May suggests to me that there is possible ongoing remediation/stimulation work to improve flow or they don't yet have stabalised data they are comfortable to publish? To me that is the only issue that could be pushing this to nearly end May as we already knew helium was there it was always the flow that was the grey area? But hopefully totally wrong and an outstanding RNS update arrives soon. GLA

I don't believe he has been brought in due to his experience, although I must admit he has a very commendable CV, I would want him on myside for an argument! But I think it is more around the geopolitical influence he can bring, it will definitely raise the international profile of this dispute and he obviously has some influential connections. That is not to say this is not a risk and the wording in the RNS for me indicates they do not have full confidence in a favourable outcome with the statement of other possibilities outside India, showing if they lose this case they can turn to investors with the angle of they can still reinvent themselves internationally and not just become a dormant shell? GLA with the investment.

Sorry typo but you are arguing against yourself 533m shares is no where close to a TR1. Anyway sorry not even in here so should not be clogging the bb GL with your investment.

I think they would need a few more about another 168million ish shares for a TR1?
