@Mont yes also considered the worst case scenario, but to me it would have been apparent well before now if not commercially viable, and they definitely would not be burning through cash to flog dead horse. IMO

Before placing your bets best to way up why this test is still ongoing. I have gone through all the options and to me now only three viable options:

1. They are gathering a larger more comprehensive data set, to publish a verified reserve conversion case along with development plan. Maybe even along with offtake/JV discussions (Best case scenario)

2. The flow characteristics are more complex than they suspected, thus going through adjusting choke sizes, monitoring pressure recovery, separating fluids or further evaluation of different intervals. (Still positive, just delaying interpretation)

3. They are having to perform remedial or further stimulation work, but to me the way Quantum have been communicating they would have updated if further stimulation work was underway. (Would not be great but not failure)

So option 1 or 2 for me IMHO. GLA
