I agree with you that's it's not about the one frock, it's more about what it represents. They are starting to make changes and address those issues you raised - it's not going to happen overnight but if they start listening to customers and making thes transformation's then the turn around is on.

Yes there are some issues here, but they are not burying their head in the sand. They recognise they need to rationalise the business and get with the times and are making the changes the CEO was fairly adamant about this and they will move into the digital age. They will evolve and the plans are in place to correct their previous mistakes.

Agree i think it is the best buy in the FTSE100 considering they are maintaining the dividend and the share price will retrace quickly.

RNS will come Gents, give it sometime, these things take a while to resolve - they are probably negotiating a settlement position to return to the judge and if they can't agree a decision will be made by the judge.

Yes Gap down is to 105p, will always be volatile, this share in particular has 20% swings on a weekly basis and will always be some profit taking.... long terms will be rewarded but the full turnaround will take years.

If you believe the above will come good then buy, otherwise sell.

Yes the ruling is very disappointing, however the company has prepared for the eventuallity of losing the case by diversfying its business and reducing its reliance on the UK market. Share price will pick up IMHO once the dust begins to settle, its still a good business with a world wide base.

The patent ruling only affects 20% of revenue and the markt cap is now only �13m - given backing of thermofisher and expansion into other parts of the world IMHO this is a opportunity to top up. Company will be cash positive shortly too.
